Great resort ! It had everything you need with out leaving the resort except a store to purchase coffee and food but other that we had the best time and loved our stay there and will for sure go back to that same resort . Every staff member was so very helpful and kind .

This was an absolutely disappointing resort. We booked three days and left after 1, because we couldn't stay there. The room didn't look at all like the pictures. It was old, dated, and dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the tub was stained, and the sheets felt rough and dirty. The furniture was gross. Our room was by the elevator and we couldn't sleep because of the noise all night. The food/drink options here are horrible. The pool area was dirty and not appealing. The price was outrageous ($600 a night for a couple in a one bedroom) for this old, overcrowded dump.

Staff was great at check in, we got to the room and it's dirty to the point it's not safe. There's mice poop in the closet and a bad smell. Sleeping with the windows open instead of AC to get some fresh air. Bathroom had dirty towels in it, mold, and discoloring of bath. Didn't provide sheets for sofa bed, had to ask, and took them at least 30 min to bring them, they also forgot to bring clean towels that I asked for. There is a lot of dust on the furniture.

They have multiple poolsides. However, the property stinks so bad we didn’t want to even get in the pool. Our showers in the room looked like it had mold or just wasn’t cleaned properly. I’m not sure, but we won’t be back. For the price I feel it should have been better.

The place was great staff was amazing the only thing I didn’t like was the 3rd party booking described the twin bed as a separate bed inside the villa and it’s actually a pull out. Not a huge deal but after I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff the first girl acted as if she didn’t care. Had to get a manger involved and after all that there was no sheets provided for the pull out had to drive bank to the front desk to get it. But the property is nice and there was lots to do there. Will be back !

This was a fantastic place overall. Beautiful amenities- pools and beach were fantastic; ease of access is top notch- we really loved being there. We stayed in a villa with world’s oldest clothes dryer (it would take ALL day to dry a small load of laundry, which was a little frustrating); the washer was brand new, and high was great. The whole place needed a good dusting and drawers in vanities given a quick vacuum. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

We was in town for softball tournament. The villa was a great size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Needs to be deep cleaned and the furniture needs to be replaced like the dining room table and the sofa. They was really stain. People pay alot money to rent these villas so keeping it up to par should be the number 1 priority.. I would stay at that location again just not that villa.

First time staying here however by far the worst experience I have ever had considering this is a 4 star resort. From the rude staff and ignoring all complaints for our villa. Broken appliances, roach infestations, run down building, and blood stained covers. Possibly everything that you would not expect from a 4 star resort. We were told to wash our own towels and covers, but we had issues with the washer/dryer unit. Another issue is that there is no house cleaners seeing as nothing seems to be checked for anything that is broken or dirty. To top it off I was not made aware we were going to be staying from the furthest possible rental to the resort/poolside. Shuttle service was good and I feel bad for the workers that actually made the experience less frustrating, but it seems like the resort staff as a whole are not properly trained especially harassing everyone with an issue and blowing them off like nothing happened. I had to call my bank to dispute my rental due to the fact they ignored all of my concerns and did not make my stay feel welcomed. As of today no remedy or apology has been said and I will leave this review to reflect the sour taste they have left. 832 Madiera Dr worst stay ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Villa is great if you want a little more peace

We stayed at a villa walking distance to the towers and beach access area. The villa was in great condition and very clean. The location of the resort was excellent. The pools and food were phenomenal.

We did a family vacation. It was a great location right on the beach. Great pools and music by the pool. The steakhouse was amazing!!! Hamburger Joe's also a great place. Loved being so close to Barefoot landing and the shuttle was convenient. We also used the spa which was very nice. Not much for night life at the resort, but being a family trip it was fine.
