Staff was great and very friendly. Room was clean but everything was old and pretty worn out although bed was extra comfortable. Air conditioner need to have its vanes cleaned out as musty smell. I was going to clean filters but found no filters installed (why cooling vanes were all gummed up)

The hotel needs to be renovated . The mattress was shot ,the door squeaked badly like in a haunted house and needed WD-40 ! Why did I have to tell them that ? The sink stopper was stuck down and didn't operate properly . Very noisy in the morning with the housekeepers carts going up and down the hallway , not carpeted . I wouldn't stay there again ! Small towels .

Rate quoted did NOT include additional (and significant) fees added. Property is NOT pet 'friendly' - they allow pets, however there is nowhere to take your dogs to relieve themselves, no dog run, no play area. The grass you see in the photos is literally along US1 - major roadway, and very noisy. Would not stay again.

The hot water for the shower was cold EVERY DAY! Even though we complained about it with the front desk, nothing was done about the extremely loud screaming, swearing, kicking on the door, and banging on the wall that went on for over two hours straight during the last night we were there from 10 pm until well past midnight!! No one came to clean our room one of the nights we stayed there!!!

Tell-tale bed bug equipment and mold! This hotel is conveniently located in a nice area, but my guests left after one night because it smelled like mold and the beds were outfitted for bed bugs. This would be a very popular hotel if it were renovated.

The room was very nice and AC worked great. The breakfast was okay, it was what a lot of hotels give in the morning complimentary, so I expected something a little more. The host was super nice but overwhelmed with coffee and checking the food that people stood at the podium for 2-5 minutes not sure if they should wait or seat themselves.
