The room had an outside entrance. Would prefer inside this time of year. There was a wasp flying in our room. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very good. The room was clean.

There is no phone number listed on Google, only WhatsApp and no one responded when I messaged about the issues with my room. Room was on outside facing exterior and had a motel-like entry. Heard every other guest opening their door near me. Remote didn’t work and there was a slow drain. Front desk was helpful when these issues were brought to their attention, but I was unhappy to have to go back to the front desk to fix these items. They also gave me the wrong room in my key envelop so I spent 10 minutes walking back and forth looking for the right bank of rooms.

Loved how the room was lit and warm when i got in last night. Very clean. Nice help yourself breakfast ready to go when i are at 7am. Apparently there was a restaurant and bar and the girl up front gave me a drink ticket , but never told me where the bar was.lol. i wasn't sure when check out time or what the procedure was. So I was gone at 8 AM and left Myki card in the acrylic box on the reception desk.. i would definitely stay again.

Bathrooms are too tight. TV did not have a remote. When we got the remote the TV was not programmed. Hardly any staff around. Check in is ok. Price is doable. Room is clean.

Dirty room , curtains were old torn and not covering windows well. Room had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Sheets had not been changed floors dusty. Tub dirty. No options for gluten free menu, quality food poor, and only a couple of different items available. Exercise room equipment old. Rugs in lobby old and not stretched tripping hazzard.Will not stay again there.

This is a motel, not a hotel. When you walk in, it smells like your grandmother’s house. The lock was broken, the bathtub did not have a stopper that worked… The sheets did not fit the bed The phone was not even connected

Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, breakfast on time and yummy! Bath stopper didn’t seal and the window a/c was loud and would go off ever 5 minutes regardless of the temp. I woke up several times because of this. Other than that it was great. Worth $86 price I paid through Expedia.

This has been our stopping point for years as we travel south several times a year. We had great experiences in the past. This time the property has really taken a toll on its overall appearance, maintenance not done, room was not what I would call clean, residents stand right outside their rooms and smoke and it comes right under the doors and I smelled it all night. I do not like to complain, but I would definitely tell this forum that you get what you pay for. This will be our last time at this property.
