What a mess - especially at this price

Signs posted in various places said hotel was being renovated. This place is a mess and really needs it. Renovation is one thing, dirt is another. There was a big blob of black hair stick on the bottom of the bathroom door. The grout by the bathroom sink was moldy. The tub had no safety anti-slip strips in it (and my friend slipped). The counter looks like there is dirt in the crevices of what looks like drawers (but I don’t think actually are), the curtain by the front door is coming off the track, there is paint peeled off the bathroom door jam, the refrigerator is bad need of defrosting and rocks when you open the door - I probably could go on, but these are the things I noticed. The owners should be embarrassed to have people in this place.

Although there was a large leak in the lobby area due to sudden huge downpour, the staff was working hard to help clients bring in luggage, cordon off deep water area and maintain a cheerful professionalism. Beautiful place

When booking, it would have been nice to know that the Ramada was under construction. The pictures of the property were nothing like the room we stayed in. We had an outside room, which would be fine if it was clean. You get what you pay for. The only thing that was good about this was the staff working were pleasant people.

This property was horrible. The AC was broken and it’s mid July. Plus the entire hotel was leaking water everywhere and it smells of mold since it was so hot. Not healthy at all. So disappointed.

Maybe after the construction is done?

I wouldn't stay here again. I travel frequently for work through the area, thought I'd get this place a shot I'd never stayed before. Honestly it's a place to lay your head down but that's it. It's old worn down, they're in the middle of construction, although it looks like no work really being done and probably constructions been going on a long time. Security didn't feel great that the spot, unlit parking lots, very few cameras, and the room was just overall dirty, and the bathroom bathtub was the worst.

Windows upstairs in the hallway were wide open (no glass or coverings, anyone could have fallen out), room was dirty, lights in the hallway at night shined right into the room because there is a window right by the door and the curtains didn't close all the way so the room was bright all night, the AC seemed to have been broken in the lobby making it incredibly uncomfortable to check in/out and eat breakfast. The parking lot and upper hallway were littered with garbage/glass.
