The room was clean but old and run down. The front desk staff at check in was friendly. This place gave motel vibes. The hallways and elevators were disgusting with being sticky and unclean. Hallways on our floor had smell of weed and cigarettes. Definitely do not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Were delighted to find out they had a free coffee bar in the mornings with both regular coffee and specialty coffees. Also, complimentary bottles of water. We also did not know they had a bar and bistro. The menu was limited but it was very convenient - breakfast for us. The exercise room had just 2 pieces of equipment and free weights. The pool was small and when we took a look, there was a workman repairing the rest room and he had the side door open which made the pool area chilly. Another plus, was the 3 EV charging stations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay.

The hotel is 7 minutes away from Foxwoods. Mohegan Sun is about 20 minutes away. The hotel is clean and has 3 floors. There is a small restaurant located inside and is open until 11pm. They serve breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The hotel staff was nice. I did pre-registration which assisted in a quick check-in once we arrived. We selected a king room with a jacuzzi. The room and hotel is dated, but at least it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I always bring my own Clorox wipes and ran the jacuzzi with soap prior to using. After all, Housekeeping only cleans so much! The jacuzzi is very loud! The shower is very narrow but the bathroom is a nice size. The rooms are not well insulated so you can hear everyone walking around outside the room, next door, upstairs, and outdoors!

Room was clean, other areas were not. Based on other reviews, was expecting more. Did not know we would have just a small walk in shower. The hallway in the third floor dipped really hard walking to our room that we almost tripped. Snacks for purchase were outrageously priced. $12 for a small bag of chips and a small bag of combos.

This is a very difficult hotel to review, so I’m going to break it up into a pros and cons approach. Also, I have stayed in this hotel 5 to 6 times before, but it has been at least a couple of years since my last visit. Pros: very convenient parking, shuttle to casino, coffee, bar, clean rooms, presidential room Jacuzzi in bathroom. Cons: slightly indifferent front desk, rooms, and carpeting, needing update, very uncomfortable mattress, low water, pressure in shower, Wyndham type super thin towels, and hand towels. Pay only for generally complementary extensions. Breakfast was a total nightmare long wait needed to get food to go, high price for an at best average breakfast. One positive was the gentleman who has been working the restaurant each of my visits. He works so hard and is so incredibly courteous even with the obstacles he has to put up with. I would probably stay here again if the price made it worth it. If not Foxwood and a couple of close hotels are a better option at a similar price.
