"My bad experience with this hotel actually started a week before our arrival. I didn't receive a response to my messages, requests or questions that I sent through hotels.com. We didn't feel welcome at any point, the service was simply nonexistent, the staff didn't even greet us. When we arrived at our "junior suite" the situation came to a head: in the middle of our quite spacious room there was an 80's treadmill - a huge gym equiment and 2 different beds were made up, even though the room was booked for two adults."

"Hotellissa oli remontti huoneemme käytävän varrella olevissa huoneissa joten aamiaiselle oli herätys piikkauskoneella. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Kylpylä ja saunapalveluja emme käyttäneet joten siitä en osaa sanoa mitään. Lobbybaarissa odoteltiin hetken tarjoilijaa mutta palvelua kun ei näkynyt niin mentiin nukkumaan ajoissa."
