Lovely staff, clean and well appointed rooms (although a little dark, due to a lack of ceiling lights). The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great activities, beautiful beachfront bar with nice food. Highly recommend for families.

The hotel is a beautiful place to have an wonderful experience with good rooms, good food and prompt service. I had a very satisfactory stay in the hotel with my family. There were arrangements for my kid as well to play. The hotel has more than one swimming pool which added a feather on a cap. Overall the experience was excellent.

Very nice premises and gardens. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Well designed and kept in traditional style. Staff very gentile and friendly. It's possible to do walks alongside the beach. Food could have been better and cheaper

Great property, well maintained with fabulous staff, spacious rooms, tons of things to do!! Love the beach and the resort allows you to so as much or as little as you like. Great coffee bar in the lobby with the best frappes!! Didn't use the pools but lots of options. Grassy space by beach was our favourite spot. Beach Grill served great food and was our go to for dinner. Service and quality always high! Breakfast was ok, lots of choice for whatever you wanted so was functional in terms of mass produced buffet, quality was ok but not great. The resort layout lets you feel space whilst having options for level of relaxation or activities depending on your feel. Breakfast in contrast was busy and crowded and was not something that we enjoyed. For large groups and families, it was functional but there was no option for a quieter start to the day.

Recent trip to Bali and stay at Ayodia was a long awaited vacation. So to start out the expectation was high, plus I am from Japan where customer service is topped by none. The property was very convenient and lacked nothing in terms of comfort. However the room cleaning was not as I had expected and a request to check out a bit later was denied, which made me stay at the airport for nearly 10 hours with my family. No fun. I run a hotel cleaning business myself and hold myself to certain standards and the cleanliness was not as high as I had thought. The staff were generally very kind and supportive. I enjoyed a free upgrade. Thank you for that.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Stayed in The Palace and the Lounge benefits (breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapés) were fab! Amazing beachfront area with loungers, bar, food and infinity pool. Large area and gardens to explore and great for kids - lots of games, bikes, kids pool with splash park, and kids club. We really loved our stay here with our small kids, thanks to all the wonderful staff!

Some of the property seems old and might need some renovation in the room as comparing to the benchmark of 5 star hotel but apart from them looks fine. Feels bit limited option for vegetarian in waterfall restaurant though there is Ganesha but juice,coffee, etc options are not present in ganesha

We stayed at the Ayodya for 4 nights as a family of four ( wife, toddler son, baby daughter, and myself) and overall had a wonderful time. We booked the all-inclusive package and truly enjoyed the experience—especially our son, who had an absolute blast. The highlights were the food and facilities. The buffet had an exceptional variety, catering to all tastes, and we never got bored of the selection. The pool area was spacious and clean, and the beach was stunning—perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. One of the best parts was the complimentary bike rental, which allowed us to explore the beautiful coastline at our own pace. That was a definite highlight of our trip. However, there were a few hiccups that impacted our experience. Upon check-in, we were told everything was in order, but it turned out we weren’t registered properly as all-inclusive guests. As a result, we kept getting asked about our room number and eligibility when accessing certain services. It was only the next day that a staff member informed us all-inclusive guests should have received a special wristband. This confusion caused unnecessary frustration and made us feel a bit unwelcome at times. Additionally, we had to follow up multiple times regarding room services like laundry and food refills, which was a bit frustrating given the standard we expected. All in all, we had a great stay and made lovely memories as a family. With some improvements in service coordination and comms.
