We were flying in on a saturday and out on a sunday for a funeral. Visiting our family we booked a night and the trip started off horrible with an issue with our car reservation. Once arriving to the hotel the staff was so nice, informative, and empathetic to our situatuon and made us feel welcome and at ease. We enjoyed our stay, it was a great atmosphere. Thank you for helping us enjoy our first trip back into NY agter moving to FL. We will be back our next trip in!!

Bath room need a littler fixing, toilet move when you set on it. Need to be bolted to the floor. We stayed in two this weekend same in both toilet move when set on them. Otherwise very clean.

Great food and drinks - comfortable hotel.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding. The rooms were very nice, and the service was great. The bar was great, and the food in the beer garden was delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was because of the parking. It was difficult to get to and very expensive. Of course, this was around Christmas, so that was a contributing factor. We wanted to get early check in to prep for the cocktail party, but they just couldn't make it work. Also, the shower wall is colored glass, and you can see the person's silhouette with the light on. It was fine for my husband and me, but it's something to consider when travelling with friends. It was kind of fun being right in Chinatown, too.

The property is nice. Price was good. Breakfast good. Two negatives, heat was on 65. It’s cold in NYC, wish you could have set the heat higher. Second, the other person in the room was showering and the water just went out. Had to close the faucet and reopen. Probably a lot of people using the bathrooms, as the hotel seemed to be packed. All in all, it was a good stay.
