We booked this hotel because it advertised rollaway beds and I even confirmed with the front desk prior to arrival that one was noted on our reservation. When we checked in, I was told the hotel doesn’t have rollaways at all and was advised to “make a bed on the floor.” With four kids, this was impossible and unacceptable. We had to waste our first evening (and extra money) buying an air mattress from Walmart just to have enough sleeping space. The sofa pullout mattress was also in terrible condition—springs with no padding—and no bedding was provided until we requested it.
The issues didn’t stop there. The indoor pool water was so cloudy and against my better judgement I let the kids give it a try - one got a rash from our first few minute dip and we never returned. The wall mounted toiletries in our room were empty, and only four towels were provided for a six-person booking. At breakfast, when I asked about ingredients due to my child’s food allergies, staff dismissively said they didn’t know and couldn’t provide any information. On top of that, multiple nights we found the side door propped open, which felt unsafe.
This was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel stays we’ve ever had. Between misinformation and poor amenities/information shared, I cannot recommend this property and will not return.
