Had a great week overall staying here. Place does need to at least clean carpet up with a carpet cleaner due to the spots all over, which were coming out when did scrub up carpet in certain spots. Otherwise place was good.

great location - unit needs some love

This is an amazing location and the unit was a good size. Wonderful beach access and the pool bar at the Clarion next door that you have access to is awesome. But, please someone get a new stove, get rid of the funky carpet , change the hepa filter in the vacuum cleaner and empty it; and for goodness sake - don't just don't ever leave extra blankets, pillows, etc. on the floor of a dusty closet. I mean really! With a little love this place would be great.

No Pride of Ownership Evident

Very disappointed! Although the people at Holiday Realty (where we checked in) were very nice, VRBO's property manager must be asleep on the job because this unit showed no pride of ownership which I expressed to the Marigot office manager. We paid a going rate but got substandard conditions. Plus, VRBO charges a non refundable fee as opposed to a refundable deposit which is not evident online until after you check out and only then do you see an itemized list of exact charges. Light bulbs were burned out, microwave was shimmed with paper towels, slider door was inoperable, dirt on walls and floors etc. This was a holiday weekend so we just used our own cleaning supplies and lived with the other flaws so as to not be inconvenienced by leaving. I am amazed that the owners would have no interest in the condition and maintenance of this rental! Despite all of this we enjoyed the location of the building and had a good time on the beach. We will never use VRBO again and I have forwarded the complete horror story to a blogger.

Location is good. Amenities are great

The beds in the unit are terrible. My kids slept on floor vice the bed. The floor was more comfortable. The furniture in the unit is pretty run down. The sliding glass door is very hard to open. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and overall sprucing up!

Easy check in, but off site. Location and view are fabulous. Unit was comfortable and clean. Package was as described.
