****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach!

It is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings throughout. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is ready for all of your culinary creations! You'll love the spacious laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and ample room for your beach gear, stroller, etc. And of course it includes WI-FI access. Fantastic canal views await on you from the deck!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Anchors Aweigh is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 16th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is also the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
