The room and the location is wonderful. The staff so helpful and kind. The only drawback is the off site parking. But I'm sure it's been addressed in other reviews. Overall, the room was clean, linens excellent, staff wonderful. We'll stay there again.

Parking garage has less than 20 spaces, and is opposite corner of the block. No parking for check in.. felt very unsafe at night. Street noise was loud although wasn’t very busy. Jackhammer at 7 am on sidewalk.

Hotel is great. The room was great. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The loud, constant muscle cars/truck and motorcycles on Washington Blvd are out of control. So loud! Impossible to sleep and I’m from New York City.

They use other parking places that they don’t own and you have to walk a ways to get to it. Not safe for women traveling by themselves. When I went to my room it was either never cleaned from the previous guest or someone was already checked into the room. Won’t be staying here ever again.

This hotel is over 100 years old so you definitely feel the charm in the room. We had a double queen, the mattresses could have been better they probably need to be replaced. Bathroom was large but very little sink space if there is more than 2 people in your room. Shower was great and the hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is around the corner but you can pull up to the front of the hotel to load and unload bags. Lots of food options nearby, the taco and crepe place were both delicious!
