Room was clean. Outdated furnishings and sheets were dirty (small hairs all throughout made up bed). Front desk was pleasant and very courteous changing my room and anything I asked for especially for my late night check in. Not a good area as far as homeless encampments and safety but overall not horrible experience. 3 stars given for customer service, quality of room a low 2.
