Regarding our flight situation the night staff were very nice and courteous. They got me and my little brother checked in right away and even gave us some cookies :) The room was really clean and comfy beds too. Would definitely recommend!

Our toilet was leaking. I notified the front desk but never got a response about it. There was a screw coming out of the door handle which made the handle wiggly. The light around the mirror would randomly not want to come on or would come on and then turn back off.

Oh where to start. For one the "waterpark" is extremely tiny and is not monitored what so ever. The hotel gives you 4 rather than the 6 wrist bands now for your stay and anything over that is $25.00. Which is fine and all, heres my issue. If your going to charge people that price sneaking a bunch of people in on the side probably isnt advisable. Did i mention it was an employee letting all his buddies in on the side? The pool was past capacity and my daughter whom we drove 2 hours to stay there and celebrate her bday was kicked, hit, stepped on etc multiple times, she was ready to leave w. in the first hour. The pool is not monitored so the 100+ kids there id say about 60% of them did not have on wristbands. If your gonna charge people for them is there a reason you dont monitor it?!?! NOt to mention the waterslide is not monitored kids were flying down by the multiples going right after the other etc. Its going to be a matter of time before someone is seriously injured. The arcade is disgusting, not cleaned, or sanitized trash all over the floor. It also does not take quarters just dollar bills. The restaurant attached served us our well done burgers still alive. The restaurant is also not cleaned, the elevators not cleaned, our room def not cleaned. So much so im letting our luggage sit outside for a week before bringing it in. Went to go the advertised free buffet for my daughter in the morning, again shes 9 and was told that the way the website is wrong.

We had a connecting room and loved it! I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Beds are very comfortable. Food is great. Pool is great for little ones. We took 6 grandkids for 2 nights age 3-12. It was a Christmas gift and we all had a lot of fun. The only downfall we had is we had to wait until 5:30 to get in our rooms. Check in is 4:00. But they gave us arm bands right away and we had all the kids wear their swimsuits under their clothes just in case. Great weekend!!!

Well when we arrived they informed us that the pool was broken and that management was in a meeting. They reported that they wouldn’t know until this meeting was over if the pool would be up and running or not and they would call once they knew. About 5-10 min later another family walked up and the manager acted surprised learning about the pool and stated it was going to open in 30 seconds. It was just very odd and the employees were all secretive about it and whispering amongst themselves- and then once we got to the pool it was FREEZING and the hot tub was even colder than that.

Room was cleanish, was given wrong information by the front desk on breakfast and the water park. Arcade is to expensive. 3$ for a 1 dollar claw machine is wack. Could use ice machine signs for guest to find the ice machine. 15$ for parking in a lot that isn’t promised a place to park with children is horrible with very limited extra parking
