WORST HOTEL in the World

The Check in girl at the front desk Saturday afternoon 3/1/25 was So Rude. I almost cried. And they offer airport shuttle but I missed my flight because the shuttle driver was concern about a flight attendant who was missing. Never Ever again will I stay there.

Good but definitely not the hospitality we know.

Stay was darn good for the price. Only a few issues... we seemed an inconvenience when asking for ice, the party of younger people in the hitel got pretty loud and wild and pretty sure they oulled the fire alarm at 10:30 pm... no communication or anything from staff. Also, our bathtub drain did not latch super minor but felt like I couldnt mention it because we would be annoying. Kinda frustrating since Im an elite status and they knew as much.

Neglected Elegance

While the lobby is beautiful, my room has seen better days. There was rust on the bathroom vanity, paint flaking off the walls, missing gauze curtains (the inner rail was there, but no gauze curtain), damaged curtains, and paint layered over flaking paint ("landlord special" style). Regarding housekeeping, the linens, carpet, and bathroom seemed clean, but there were dead bugs along the windowsills and the coffee machine was missing a carafe, making me wonder what else they might be forgetting when they clean. The shower had pitiful water pressure and was barely able to reach a tolerably warm temperature. My stay wasn't awful, but it was disappointing. The whole room has a sense of a lovely renovation that's now crumbling from neglect.
