I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Our room smelled old and musty. There was an area in the ceiling that had buckled in and the plaster was coming off. I’m pretty sure it was moldy. We could not open the window to let in fresh air. The room was dirty. There was no blow dryer like you find in other hotels. And there was only 2 towels.

Fine.

After check in we were given a room that wasn’t clean. They quickly gave us a new room. The towels had hairs on them. Carpet had stains everywhere as well as on the side of the bed, curtains. They wanted me to sign a sign in sheet with personal info that all the guest were signing that I declined.

This property is a bit outdated and could use a really thorough cleaning. The hallways had a very weird smell, there was leftover used soap from a previous guest in the shower, and there were a few stains in the carpet where it looked like someone had ground hard candy or gum into the fibers. Overall, however, the beds were clean, and it wasn’t a bad spot to stop on my way through Omaha. A decent hotel for a one night stay, but if you’re planning on staying multiple nights, look somewhere else.

There’s better options…sadly no more Wyndham for me. This is 0 out of 3 stays we did in our road trip. The problem is they do carry the name Wyndham , but was actually being run by a private owner who does everything to save as much as they can. Filthy carpet, non working WiFi and a pathetic breakfast…

There was a very strong offensive order in the room when we walked in we weren't sure if it was smoke or a combination of smoke and something else but it was not very pleasant and there was a stain big stain on the carpeting in front of the refrigerator

Therebwas an issue with booking through Expedia and they needed the manager to respond. Several times he responded through the front desk but never worked with Expedia, making himself inaccessible. Poor customer service and their check in was slow and antiquated.

Right when we parked in the parking lot we were met by a drunk guy and his girl asking me to breath into his car ( like WHAT) and not only that he was gushing blood from his face (yes he was right in front of the hotel in their parking lot). We went inside to check in and got our room only to be met by an insane amount of cigarette smell. Got to our room and it had clearly not been cleaned all they did was make the beds. The toilet literally had pee on it… the shower had no hot water, we turned on the heater to warm ourselves up just to think the hotel was on fire due to the immense smell coming from the vent due to the heater. The bathroom had someone’s hair all over it, the shower head was rusty/moldy. There was a bloody booger on the wall by the toilet. The carpet was filthy. And the charging plugs didn’t work.
