Won't stay again unfortunately

There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. The room was supposed to be smoke-free but it smelled so bad we had headaches. The toilet was really short and didn't like to flush. The air conditioner/heater was up on the wall in the corner of the room. I had to climb on the bathroom counter to get it. AND we found a dirty sock left from a previous guest in the corner of the room. I'm usually pretty laid back when I just need cheap place to stay. But I still expect a certain level of service and cleanliness.

Refund not in their policy

The room was not cleaned. Hair in both beds pubic hair on toilet seat, stained pillows and sheets. Called the front desk and was told there is nothing they can do and offered no solutions. Said there was nothing they could do. Then asked if they could give a refund due to the cleanliness of the room and health concerns I had but was told it’s in their policy to not care.

Loved the morning front desk lady, so sorry I didn’t catch her name for this purpose. She was friendly and not prying. Wished me luck on my trip and remembered things I told her other days. Other staff very helpful when I ran into them. The pictures were a bit misleading as far as the condition but I have found that most are.

There were 3 lamps and only 1 worked. The toilet paper roll sat on the bathtub because the holder was broken. There was a significant gap between the door and the door jam. We would set the air conditioner to 72 and it would return to 75. Obviously it was set to do that. We were there 4 days and our room was not cleaned once and we were not asked if we needed more towels or toilet paper. We stayed there because they are dog friendly but we hopefully won’t have to stay there again

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. (Could have used fourth pillow)! Breakfast was good! But I remembered why I had not booked with Super 8 in a while: 25 $ for each small dog is ridiculous ! I was disappointed that the outside looked totally different from the photos advertised! Where is the bright yellow paint? Where are the flowers?? Definitely needs some love! The pet area needs dog waste bags!

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in little bugs flying around room you couldn't even have food they would land in it. Didn't sleep in covers . Maid left dirty towels hanging in bathroom this place was disgusting

It was easy to access off the 84. Parking was easy. Good pull through spots for those pulling trailers. Fridge was completely frozen over to a point you couldn’t shut the fridge. When I went to cook our dinner in the microwave it didn’t work. Front desk did what he could but he couldn’t find any rooms open for us to move to that had a working fridge and a microwave so he brought up a warm, damp and musky fridge to replace ours (how long until the freezer and fridge are cold?) and we’re still waiting for a microwave, hopefully it works and arrives before too long. I would probably skip this hotel if you’re traveling through Onterio.
Ice frozen over the freezer wouldn’t even allow the fridge to close. Mix on top lit up and spun around but it was missing the most critical of functions.

The room was big, bed was comfortable. There’s no ice bucket. Microwave didn’t work. Only one cup of coffee. Breakfast was only yogurt n cereal. No coffee in lobby at all! The room stunk so bad I threw up. Thankfully it was 1 am when we got there Orr I definitely would’ve left n got a different hotel!

The hotel is under new management. The pool was not open. I was there for four days 4 nights. Nobody came and did anything to my room. I didn’t ask because I didn’t see a lot of people working. Fresh towels would’ve been nice.
