The 6,500 acre Gulf State Park is conveniently close offering miles of hiking trails, beaches, picnic pavilions, and its popular fishing pier. Head west along Beach Boulevard to find several beachside restaurants and shops, or travel less than three miles east to SanRoc Cay Marina for fine dining, boutique shopping, and adventure opportunities like deep sea fishing, diving, and more!

Things to Know
Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
