Breathtaking gulf views and poolside relaxation await at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Orange Beach. Located in the low density Tradewinds complex, your stay here will include access to a unique swim-thru style indoor/outdoor pool, private boardwalk to the beach, and an onsite grilling area.

Located on the 9th floor with a private balcony, this condo allows you to easily enjoy beautiful views of the turquoise waters and white sand below. When you're not out enjoying time in the sand and sun, you can head inside to the fully equipped kitchen to fix a delicious meal or lounge around in the living room while you enjoy a nice show or two! Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The master bedroom provides a comfortable, king sized bed and flatscreen tv as well as a private bathroom with a walk in shower. In the guest bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen bed, flatscreen TV and shared access to the guest bathroom which features another tub/shower combo. In the living room, the couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa and the oversized chair has a pullout twin sleeper. So, after you've had your fill of vitamin D it'll be easy to rinse the sand from between your toes and get ready to settle down for some rest!

When you are ready to enjoy the amenities, you will have access to a heated indoor pool (heating the pool in late November and it stays heated until April) with a swim through feature to the heated outdoor pool! A BBQ area also provides the perfect space for putting your grill skills to good use!

Whether you're looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property on the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
