My room was ok. Everything worked. It was quiet. For one night, it was acceptable. I wouldn't stay again. Underneath the beds was dirty (needed a vacuuming). The door to the parking lot was broken, so it didn't lock or require a key to get in. Not very safe.

The worst hotel in my life, the blankets and towels are dirty, I asked them to change my blankets and they did but the new ones was the same… DIRTY!. I had to go to the store to buy some BLANKETS AND TOWELS, THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE SOME CLEAN ONES. And the place don’t smells good. I asked them for a Bottle of water and they didn’t have. Terrible place for stay!!!

Dirty, smoky, and not like the photos — we had to leave I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room did not match what was advertised online. When we checked in, it smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. There were stains on the sheets, dirty furniture, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We asked for a different room and were given one, but it still only had one pillowcase, and they handed us sheets to make the bed ourselves. To be fair, the front desk person, Nate, was very kind and did everything he could to help us — but the manager wasn’t available, and unfortunately, the issues were beyond what he could fix. We ended up leaving because we didn’t feel comfortable staying. Hotels.com tried to help, but the hotel refused to refund us, so we had to file a dispute with our credit card. I wouldn’t recommend staying here — the conditions were not acceptable.

Terrible place to stay. Unclean with roaches. The carpet is stained beyond imagination. Fixtures in the bathroom can fall off at any time. Terrible curtains, linens, and the floors could smell of weed. I would not recommend it to families at all. Checked out within 3 hours.

The hotel is very old, outdated, and the room had a very moldy smell. Carpets outside and inside the room were very stained. The restaurant is permanently closed, the pool i was afraid to check. Secure box in the room did not work. Toilet took forever to fill. Overall, i gave it a 1 star. Not sure why it is rated as a 3 star.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean overall but my room smelled as if hadn’t been used in a while. Sort of that old storage smell. The towels seemed like they might have not been changed because I found one with lipstick stains, and bath tub was not in the best condition. Location was good, close to many stores and restaurants. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room and the hotel overall felt very old and not well-maintained. Cleanliness was a major issue—our towels were dirty and had hair on them, which was extremely off-putting. On the positive side, the staff were polite and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the lack of cleanliness and the outdated condition of the facilities made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the hotel addresses these issues soon.
