This was an excellent location in Newport. The facility was very clean and the interior decorations created a great vibe. Brandon and his staff were very accommodating and professional. I would rate this a 10 out of 10.

Randy and Paige were excellent hosts. The breakfasts were always delicious. The boat was beautifully decorated with lovely ornaments and pictures. The harbour was interesting with an abundance of fishermen. The area around the harbour lacked atmosphere and eating places. Beautiful sunsets.

The Newport Belle was a refurbished paddle boat. It is so well done that the pictures don’t do it justice. Our room was darling and spotless. The owner made our breakfast and the food was very good and he was friendly and attentive. Brandon, the caretaker, went above and beyond. We loved our stay!

This was a surprise birthday stay for my husband. Couldn't have been a better present. Unique, beautifully decorated, wonderful breakfasts and happy hour. This is one of a kind experience! Very clean! Very nice and inviting environment. Happy hour is a nice treat before you head out to dinner and it's nice to talk to Randy to hear about the history of the boat. The breakfast is delicious. We will be back!!

This property has become our new favorite place to stay! The accommodation was beyond cute and the service was extraordinary. This was one of those gems that I just want to keep coming back to on a regular basis. It was that great! The bed was really comfortable, and the food they offered was to die for. Unique stay in Newport Bay

We loved our stay at the Newport Belle - it was a such a unique experience! We arrived just in time for happy hour with snacks & a free drink. It was nice to chat with the other guests & the view from the main area is scenic. We stayed in stateroom 3 on the bottom level. Nice comfy bed and water view from the window. I was a little nervous about a bathroom on a boat, but the shower was warm with great water pressure. At breakfast we got to meet & chat with the owner. We started with fruit, yogurt & small pastries. Then had a choice of banana walnut pancakes or a breakfast sandwich (salmon or ham), made to order. Brandon did a great job as chef, it was all delicious. We would definitely come back again!

First to stay on a boat or floating hotel with just 5 rooms is unique. Second Randy and his staff are amazing, friendly, nice, attentive and really want their guests to have a pleasant experience and we did. The Belle is very cool old boat converted into a hotel on the water. We will be back !
