We are beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed with our experience at this property and with the host’s complete lack of responsiveness, accountability, and concern throughout our stay. Communication was unacceptable from the very beginning. The host repeatedly failed to respond in a timely manner, and when he finally did respond, he ignored or dismissed the numerous legitimate concerns we raised. We ultimately had to contact VRBO directly for assistance, and even VRBO was unsuccessful in reaching the host. That level of neglect is completely unacceptable for a property being rented to paying guests.• The air conditioning was completely inadequate, especially upstairs. We were unable to lower the temperature at night, and the upstairs area remained unbearably hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably or get proper rest.• There were nowhere near enough towels and washcloths provided for our group. The host actually informed us that he supplies only one washcloth per bedroom, which is entirely insufficient for a multi-day group stay. We were forced to spend our own money purchasing additional towels and washcloths.• The dishwasher did not work.• The dryer was not functioning properly.• The staircase edging was taped down on most of the steps, creating a potential safety hazardOne bathroom light fixture was missing a light bulb altogether, and the half bath on the main floor had a constant flicker.The dining room chandelier was missing several bulbs
