Luxuriously appointed, sumptuously furnished and exceptionally well situated Champions Gate ’ offers year-round first class resort amenities at The Oasis Club to give guests of this home, at no extra cost, and guests a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness center. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy.

A reminder - No resort fees with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort pools and lazy river.

Linens included of course, as are towels. Starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer in a self-catering paradise.

Large Washer and Dryer available in the home for guest use.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.



**Additionally, the pool and spa in this home can be heated on request - this is recommended during winter, early spring, and during cooler weeks in Summer. Optional pool/spa heat is $40 per night plus tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but the minimum fee is 5 nights ($200) plus tax.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups for parties or those largely consisting of those under 25s are not able to rent this home. Guests are required to confirm acceptance of the house rules / rental agreement and provide ID in the form of a Selfie prior to access being provided.

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and any guests aged over 14 staying or visiting the home must be named on the rental agreement.
