Terrible experience, checked in late (called in advance to let them know and was told keys would be waiting for us). Door locked nobody in sight, almost left looking for a different hotel at 1am finally security guard came and let me in to go find my keys. Next day I let them know, the literally could care less. TV not working, fridge froze our drinks, again they didn’t seem to care.

The staff, particularly George and Junior were excellent, nothing was too much of a problem for them, the apartment was very clean with loads of extras and the location is wonderful close to the Old Town, Celebration and the Parks. I thoroughly recommend a stay here.
