Ideal location for Universal Parks (including Epic). Outside is a bit dated and the check in office is a bit out of the way, but the unit was nicely updated. Seriously good value compared to the official Universal Hotels. There were so many games around the pool area I wish we had planned a day to just enjoy that.

The room was very spacious and beautiful updated as well as cozy a lovely home away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals if you didn’t want to just dine out. The bedrooms were very nice and spacious and so were the bathrooms. The staff were very nice and personable. The pool area is very nice and ready for all sorts of enjoyment with outdoor games and grills as well as with a handicap chair in the pool if needed. Very close to all sorts of fun activities for the family. Overall we will booking another stay soon here!
