Great value for the money

Great value for the location, shuttle service to the park, waffle maker and probably the pool and spa (but we didn't go swimming). No healthy options for breakfast (or normal condiments like pepper, hot sauce, or ketchup ...) and a tiny gym were sad but ok for the price. Will stay here again if we ever go to Universal Studios again though.

The staff was very pleasant and the property very clean. The property is very dated; the shower curtain was old and ripping apart, the hallway carpet a very distinct scent and could use a good shampooing/deep clean. It’s not far from several food options however and pretty well located despite being a bit hidden away.

Very poor quality.

We didn’t have toilet paper for two days, and they never changed the sheets or the towels we had. It wasn’t very clean, never mopped or cleaned up the floor. The fridge in the room made a loud noise that wouldn’t let us sleep at night.

The hotel is ok. Bathroom smelled like smoke. Shuttle to universal is a JOKE. Shows up late everyday. You will make stops at multiple hotels and squeeze every inch of space out of the tiny van they have. Our specific route back to the hotel from universal consisted of waiting for 30 mins for the first come first serve van to be 15 mins late and to be trampled by the other guest that showed up after you to claim your lack of personal space. Only to stop at two hotels and then manage to go back to universal to pick up more people and return to the same hotel you just left, all why you are either sticking your armpit in someone’s face because you didn’t get a seat or having someone’s armpit in your face because you won the race to the seat. Also, breakfast… sucks. Would have preferred a pop tart. Only good thing was the loaf of bread to make toast, but then no strawberry jelly.

Good location, there is a shuttle that goes to Universal Studio everyday for free. Breakfast is free and not bad but it would be better with more variety. Some of the staff working in the breakfast area were rude, and possibly racist because I noticed that they would only say hi to white people. However the people at front desk were nice and helpful. I would stay here again.
