The property is located in a privileged location less than a 16-minute drive from Disney Parks and less than a 17-minute drive from Universal Parks.

Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional staff before each check-in. Our team of experts prepares all the details before your arrival so you do not have to worry about cleaning or organizing during your stay.

In addition to this, all linens are laundered by a specialist professional laundry after each check-out, providing our guests with clean and sanitized linens, bed sheets, and comforters for the day of their arrival.



PROPERTY OVERVIEW

This unit is equipped with 3 bedrooms accommodating a total of 9 people. One bedroom with a king-size bed, the second with a queen bed, and the third has two thematic bunk beds. A combination living/dining area and a kitchen with all of the major appliances and a laundry room are available. A unit with all of the comforts and conveniences of home while also enjoying the Vista Cay Resort.

Getting Around:

There is a rotating park in the building. Parking is prohibited on the grass at Vista Cay. No parking shall be permitted other than on the existing paved driveway or designated spaces within common areas.



No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard

There's only 1500 characters to write this, so I can't fully give feedback.The "good": first floor, good sized unit, in unit washer/dryer (but dryer is so loud it scared my kid and you can't run it if you want to sleep)The bad:-took an hour to get inside, bad instructions and back and forth, and finally had to send a video proving I was in the right place and their electronic lock wasn't working correctly; and there was a person working in the unit after check in time who initially told me I was in the wrong place-despite asking for and confirming washclothes, we did not get any- the unit smelled of dust (think musty old house) which triggered my allergies severely - not well cleaned or maintained (lazy finishes, dirty, spiders)This unit gave the impression that the owners do the literal minimum to remain functioning. I have stayed at this location (Vista Cay) multiple times over the last 10 years but through different hosts. I will never stay at a property with this host again. Run, do not walk from this listing. We luckily only had to get through 2 nights and spent minimal time in the unit. If this had been for longer or meant to be a place for a more indepth family vacation, I would have been beyond disappointed (I would have been looking to cancel and secure new lodgings). I had to wash literally everything that entered that unit because of the musty odor that just permeated everything including items that never left the suitcase as this place is that bad.

Keep looking for something else

The pictures look good, but the furniture is worn. We didn't have wifi all week. They did respond to a request to fix it, but it never happened. We were there for work and needed to get up and travel to an office for wifi.There was no dish soap or hand soap in the bathrooms. These are basics that should be there until you can get to the store.To top it off, a few days in, we both noticed we had bites on us. It was bed bugs. After 6 long days of work, I got home and had to wash and sanitize everything at a laundromat. I sent an email to our contact asking for a partial refund, and have not heard back.The vanity in the master would get covered in a black substance from the vent above every day. We also found it in other areas of the condo. I recommend that you look somewhere else.

What you see is what you get

Looks bigger in pictures - not really decorated. Nothing fancy about this place. Nothing on walls in master bedroom. Walking barefoot on floor left feet dirty. It is what it is, which is most likely just a place for tourists visiting theme parks. Nothing terrible about it, but wasn't the best place we have ever stayed. The pool area was nice.

Made the best choice

There were 7 of us, 3 kids & 4 adults! This condo was perfect for our group. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We mostly cooked in & had all we needed already there. We stayed the first week of February and were able to enjoy the heated pools & walks along the trail around the property. Close enough to the parks without being in the crowds. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we return!
