Beautifully furnished Condo in sought after community of Windsor Hills. One of the top communities near Disney, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has 1,246 square feet of living space. Featuring a balcony, tile in living areas and flat screen TVs. Windsor Hills features an amenity packed clubhouse with resort style pool, arcade room, fitness center, movie room, sundry shop, billiard tables, ping pong tables, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and putting green. Best of all, the community is about 5 minutes away from Disney and close to all other central Florida attractions.

**Parking** - Additional parking is on the side of the streets. They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, with the exception of single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.

* Daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning services can be provided upon request, for an extra charge. Please, contact us for more information.

* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash drop door at the end of the hallway (no loose trash).

Overall the condo was sufficient for our needs. It is a bit worn , but I feel like most rentals are. We did have an issue with the keypad on the door. The batteries must have died, and we had to make sure someone was always in the condo for our last full day & while we were loading up the car on the day we checked out. I tried to message the owner, but received no response.

The apartment, location and amenities were great. My family had an amazing time and overall great vacation here. My only reason for giving 4 stars is because the people above us (my fault for assuming we were going to be the top floor) were very noisy. They stomped non stop for hours every day starting at 5 AM and again at night 7-11 making it hard to get sleep. I know this is not the owners fault but I want the next renters to be aware that there is someone above.

This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect size for a family. We rented it while visiting Disney and Universal. It was located close enough to the parks that you didn’t have to drive a long way and didn’t have all the extra traffic. There is a Walmart close by and also a variety of food choices. Would definitely stay again!

This was the second time we’ve chosen to stay in Windsor Hills. Located near multiple restaurants and stores so no need to travel far for that. My only real critique: a few updates to the apartment itself would go a LONG way as it is a touch outdated. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our family trio

We had a very lovely stay at this "cozy apartment" in Windsor Hills. We found the apartment to be very clean and the condo made for the perfect place for our family of 3 to stay for the week. We had plenty of room to spread out. Communications with the management team went smoothly and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again on a return visit!

It was a good condo. Nice location and clean. Could use some improvements: many handles for drawers are broken or missing, kitchenware is limited ( for example: no baking sheet, lack of a good amount of plates), many stains at different places.

So dissapointed with this condo and the response to our issues. Arrived after a long travel day and were greeted with mold on one shower curtain and yellow stains on the other. Carpets stained, curtains stained, lights not working, lamp all tattered, no extra blankets, towl rack that fell off the wall when a towel was placed on it and a lot of paint chips in the Mickey themed room. I could go on and on. I felt catfished by the pictures. The Mickey themed beds were so uncomfortable that 2 people had to sleep on the sofa instead. I sent a message right away about our concerns and 2 days later a man showed up with 2 extra blankets, a new shower curtain and 8 new pillows which we didn't ask for. He didn't speak a word of English and we had to communicate (unsuccessfully) via a translator app on his phone. I was mainly asking for something to be done about the 2 beds in the Mickey room, foam or something needed to be put on them to make them sleepable. My message was ignored. Then on our second last night, the lock wasn't working and we had no choice but to stay in the condo until someone responded the next day. I have been staying at Windsor Hills for 14 years and have never been so dissapointed by a property and lack of support like this before.

NOT smoke free

Initial contact with the property manager was as soon as we arrived to let them know that the unit had a cigarette smoke smell when we entered. At that point I wasn't complaining, just letting them know it wasn't us. I had hoped that the smell would ease. We picked up some Febreeze with our grocery order. It did nothing to help the smell that only intensified during our stay. We checked-in Saturday and tried the spray for 2 days. On Monday I contacted the property manager to let them know that we were having headaches and taking allergy medicine because we were sensitive to the smoke smell. They sent someone over to do an "ozone treatment" while we were out that day. They said we would be unable to enter the unit for 4 hours. Upon re-entry, the smell was lighter, but still there. Tuesday it was back again, stronger. The management responded to our initial message, but then never followed back up with us regarding the success of the treatment. I could have continued to complain I guess, but it was obvious they weren't going to do anything else about it. We are now home and I'm having to re-wash and try to sanitize everything that we took inside the room, as it all stinks of smoke like the unit did. I had seen reviews mentioning the stained carpet. That's something I could live with to get a discounted room. Other reviews did not mention the smoke smell though. If I had known, I would not have rented this unit at all. The couch was also badly stained.

Great location but condo needs some upkeep

Amazing neighborhood that is close to all the Disney action. The condo needs some major upkeep. The carpets were stained, couch had stains. Sheets in one bedroom had red stains on them. The guest bathroom shower had hair on the walls. Kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen counter had burn stains on it. Walls and trim work needs painting.
