This review is coming from a past Hotel Manager and Supervisor. We booked 6 rooms, my request was a high floor next to or as close to other bookings in our party. One person called the hotel directly with the request to be nearby each other and was told it was done. Got there and we were spread out all over the hotel all on different floors. The rooms including mine had mold on the bathroom tile grout and in the room next to the AC vent. My room had a bug in the bathroom possibly a roach which I called down about and was told someone would come, no one did. Another room had a bug possibly a tick on the pillow. I called down to ask about laundry service and was rudely told they don’t do laundry. It’s listed as a hotel amenity. Calling to make an order at the restaurant was stressful because it goes to the front desk first who just puts you on hold for long periods of time before you can get transferred. The restaurant should have its own extension to call. One member was offered an upgrade and one night refund due to the issues, when at the front desk they did not have the room or knew about the conversation. It was just not what I was expecting for an Upscale hotel as they have described. Would like to mention the restaurant staff were very pleasant and amazing. You also have to arrange the shuttle in advance and it still may not be available. Incidental hold was $300 and call early for the restaurant because of the front desk hold times.

Having been a Front Desk Supervisor myself, expectations were extremely high. If even half of what I expected were given to my group; we may have been satisfied but not one request was met and the condition of our 6 rooms was too overwhelming. A loose toilet seat, a toilet wont flush, mold, a variety of bugs all in one bed! Condition of the rooms are not beyond control and if there are maintenance issues please stop putting guests in them until resolved.

To park in the garage was $35 a day which is absurd especially if your a guest at the hotel. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly when we got there but the lady at the front desk was friendly and helped us get it fixed. Other than that eveytikg else was good. The hotel room was clean.
