I will try to include as many details as I can but overall if you are looking for a hotel for a Disney World trip, I would NOT recommend this one. The hotel has several buildings with a main building (where check in and front desk is located) and about 4 surrounding buildings with hotel rooms (there was construction every morning). I was placed in the furthest building from the main building and given that I was arriving at night I was upset that I had to make that 5-10 minute walk at night alone (with my younger sister). Front desk told me it was the newest building and it would be great because I was the first person to stay in my room. I mistakenly unpacked and changed before checking bed. When I lifted the comforter, I discovered several large dirt boot prints on the bed (I'm assuming from workers who finished setting the room up?). Front desk told me there was nothing she could do because Housekeeping was gone for the day. My sister and I had to sleep on a naked bed with a tiny blanket we were provided.
2) Orbitz did not mention this at reservation but I see it was sent via email after confirmation in the fine print but this hotel will charge you a RESORT FEE for every day of your stay (including check in and check out day). We did not use the resort (pool) at all because of limited hours.; Pool closes at 6 PM everyday.
3) Disney shuttles are unreliable and late every single day in AM>
There's more to include but limited characters. Overall DO NOT RECOMMEND.
