The employees were absolutely incredible, they reached out via text to see if I needed anything or had any questions. At one point when I asked for towels at at night time , an employee quickly replied and another employee had towels within 5 minutes!! Linda, Bella, and Alejandra were so kind to me. Parking was really nice, the room was very clean and sheets were nice.

The room is clean, quiet,and amazing! My bed is so soft and comfortable! The room has 2 big queen beds ,a big tv and a big bathroom! Great room!:) i would definitely stay at this hotel again when i am in Orlando!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was tasty, but very crowded. Parking around the building was full by late evening. Overall a very good experience. We would stay here again.

We only stayed two nights to go to Universal Studios, but it was very close and convenient. The only drawback was the only shuttle service they had to Universal was at 8 o’clock in the morning and then at 5 o’clock in the evening nothing in between so we had to take an Uber to and from the park. The rooms also needs some sprucing up and updating as you could tell that they were old, but the room was clean, and the staff were very nice.

Nice place

This is an old hotel but very well kept. Clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Five minutes away from Universal Studios and there's a shuttle that picks you up in the morning and in the afternoon back to the hotel. They one thing I would recommend is to change the carpet and put new flooring. No more carpet.

We have stayed at this property several times and this time we were disappointed. The traffic outside was loud, the noise in the hallways was loud, and the temperature in the room could not be regulated.

It was a comfortable, convenient stay for our family of three when visiting Universal. The shuttle only runs once in the morning (8am) and once in the evening (5:30), which was great for getting to the park, but not for getting back (if you want to stay until the parks close). The staff was kind and my daughter loved the mints. :)

This Hampton Inn was perfect! The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, modern, and convenient. Staff were eager to help and friendly. We had an unfortunate situation at home and had to leave two days early. The front desk staff helped us with a seamless and easy early check out. We were sad to leave, but plan to always stay here for future travel. Look no further. This is THE place to stay.
