Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and spa just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights).

Additionally, there is a movie theater with 9 recliner chairs and a game room equipped with an arcade, a pool table, and a TV. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TV. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there are 2 suites located on the first floor. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and the movie theater are situated on the second floor.

• We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
