The hotel claimed to have free shuttles to theme parks but it was only one to universal studios departure time 8 am which is too early as the park does not open any time before 9-10 in the morning The place was old overall and with very limited breakfast option.

The tv would barely work from the laggy wifi. We had to put down a $100 cash deposit and didn’t get it back till our room was inspected during the check out process. Staff was kind and the building was clean enough.

Comfortable stay. Clean rooms. Free shuttle to Universal leaves the hotel and 8:00am and leaves Universal at 5:30pm. That's it. You have to go by their schedule. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

We only stayed one night before heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise. We checked in late at night and found the staff at the desk friendly and efficient. We were given a room in the building across the parking lot from the main reception area. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was cool and the beds were comfortable. I was happy to see a nice selection of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower so I didn't have to dig mine out of our suitcase. Breakfast the next morning was adequate. The main pool was nice but freezing. If heated, it definitely wasn't working. The kids were the only ones brave enough to get in. When we return to Orlando in the future, we will likely stay here again.

When we checked into our room you could hardly breathe. The room smelled as if they had just fumigated it. The window could not be open to air it out. We were travelling with family and their room smelled just as bad

Decent place for the price you pay

Hotel room was very clean, done really well! Only things I didn't like was the check in process was a little tedious, the ATM machine wasn't working, and the vending machines were empty. Breakfast options were also limited. However, the room made up for it in terms of comfortability and cleanliness. If you're visiting for Universal Studios and you need a place to stay but don't care about the small details, you don't need to look further.

El desayuno fue bueno, tienen variedad y todo esta limpio, la recepcionista también muy amable , pero lo quesi no estuvo acorde a mi gusto es que se siente todo los movimientos de la habitación de arriba y eso impidió el descanso en la tranquilidad de la media noche y a primeras horas del dia. Cuando regrese pedire una habitación en el 3er piso.
