A combination living/dining area and a full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances, dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils plus an in-suite stack washer and dryer.

Basic start up toiletries, paper products & cleaning supplies are a welcoming touch. Kitchen is well equipped & condo is furnished & in very good condition, as depicted in photos. View of Sea World attractions in the distance from the unit & while relaxing on the balcony .

The Vista Cay Reserves pool, which was a very short walk from the building & across two parking rows, was kept at a very comfortable & enjoyable temperature. The hot tub very enjoyable. The atmosphere is generally quiet, calm & respectful at the pool.
The Main Pool is a short walk across Destination Pkwy (very limited traffic & with a controlled crosswalk). It is larger, has a larger pool deck that overlooks the lake, has more seating, has a hot tub & a has a bar with limited food offerings.
On some weekends, there was a DJ playing music between noon-3pm. Additionally, this is also where the Vista Cay Resort lobby, the arcade & the fitness room are located. In the Main Vista Cay Resort area,

There is also a small shopping district that includes a Walgreen’s, a Pub, & a Sweets & Treats Shoppe just to name a few places. The condo location is a very short walk across the parking lot & out the gate to the shopping center that includes a Publix Supermarket, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, The Diner, Beth’s Burger Bar & NYPD Pizza, Diner or Beth’s Burger Bar b, NYPD Pizza s.
As far as theme parks, the condo is very conveniently located to the Convention Center, Universal & Sea World. As for the Walt Disney World Resort within quick drive depending on time of day, traffic & route taken.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a short 2 night stay but the property was so clean and with the great amenities it would have been wonderful to stay even longer. The host was so kind and prompt thru any questions or requests that I had. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo conveniently located to everything. My only con is that it sleeps 10 (5 queen beds) but has a small table that only seats 4 and one small (and hard) couch. If you don’t plan to hang in the condo and cook/chill it’s perfect.

The location of this condo can’t be beat, the gated community and walking distance to the store were all bonuses. But, the interior leaves so much to be desired, do not be fooled by the photos, they are not up to date. It’s like expecting a Hilton and getting the Super 8. There were, probably still are ants, in the kitchen and bathrooms. This was not due to leaving food out, they were there when we arrived. There are too many dirty spots to count, from the walls to the ceiling to the baseboards, it was just all covered in dirt or spills that were left and never cleaned. The sheets are also yucky, especially in the smaller two bedroom. They had piling and felt so gross. The price is wonderful, the location is excellent, just expect to feel uneasy while staying in this space. Bring shower shoes.

We’ve stayed at this complex previously for our annual conference. It is conveniently located to the convention and walking distance to Publix and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for the weekend stay.

Could be better

This could be a really nice property with just a few minor upgrades and repairs. Toilets were hard to flush, tvs should be upgraded/added and a lot of batteries were missing or low. Some other minor issues that Daniel said he would address.

Just around the corner from the OCCC

We rented this property for the AAU Volleyball tournament. It was a great location. The condo was roomy and clean. We really liked having a Publix grocery right there. We would rent this condo again.

Great location BUT needs some TLC

The condo is in the perfect location if you are attending an event at the convention center. We were able to zip right on over to the center with very little traffic. Also very close to icon park and MANY restaurants. Checkin instructions were clear. However the entire condo itself needs updating. Beds are uncomfortable, furniture needs to be replaced, washer and dryer extremely noisy. Sheets, pillows, towels ALL needs to be replaced asap! We definitely enjoyed staying in that area however would not stay in that condo again. Also needs a good cleaning

We had some trouble getting into the room and no one answered our texts for assistance. The rooms were clean but the den area is very small with only 1 couch. If you fill up the bedrooms there will not be a place for most people to sit.

Great location, modern, clean

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped. It was close to the convention area for events we attended. The condo was clean and the kitchen was appointed with the equipment we needed as we are body builders and needed to prepare our own food. The grocery store near by was convenient and there was plenty of parking available. The view of the pond was peaceful and the condo was spacious. Hope to stay again!

Fantastic condo

Great location and proximity to parks and activities. We utilized the walking paths to the grocery and breakfast spots often. The condo was very clean and super spacious, we never felt cramped once. And the balcony overlooking the pond was a very nice area to have our morning coffee. The host was very friendly and informative the entire time. If we come back to Orlando, I guarantee we will check for this condo or Daniels listings again.

Perfect mini getaway

I stayed at this resort for the second time because it’s such a great location. Different host, different unit but equally great stay! The amenities are top notch. Love the pools, walking path and gym access. This time I stayed with a coworker and my 14yo son. The unit was perfect! Host was responsive . Would go again.

Month Long Snowbird Stay

Communication with David before, during & after our stay was friendly, prompt, attentive, & informative. Cleaning crew does an exceptional job, as the cleanliness of the condo was superb! The Vista Cay Reserves pool, which was a very short walk from the building & across two parking rows, was kept at a very comfortable & enjoyable temperature. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. The atmosphere was generally quiet, calm & respectful on our days spent at the pool. The Reserves pool is undergoing a “transformation”. During our month long stay, there was no work that was done but fencing was up where construction had been started prior to our arrival. The Main Pool is a short walk across Destination Pkwy (very limited traffic & with a controlled crosswalk). It is larger, has a larger pool deck that overlooks the lake, has more seating, has a hot tub & a has a bar with limited food offerings. On the weekends, there was a DJ playing music between noon-3pm. Additionally, this is also where the Vista Cay Resort lobby, the arcade & the fitness room are located. In the Main Vista Cay Resort area, there is also a small shopping district that includes a Walgreen’s, a Pub, & a Sweets & Treats Shoppe just to name a few places. The condo location is a very short walk across the parking lot & out the gate to the shopping center that includes a Publix Supermarket, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, The Diner, Beth’s Burger Bar & NYPD Pizza. Unfortunately, we never tried The Diner or Beth’s Burger Bar but heard great reviews from people at the pool. We did try NYPD Pizza several times & highly recommend their pizza, soups, entrees & value. As far as theme parks, the condo is very conveniently located to the Convention Center, Universal & Sea World. As for the Walt Disney World Resort, it is about a 20-30 minute drive depending on time of day, traffic & route taken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much & would not hesitate to recommend or stay in this unit or Vista Cay again!

Great alternative to staying at a hotel

My friends and I were in Orlando for a conference and while we could stay at a hotel where the Conference was held we wanted something a little bit more homeier with how long we were going to be in town. It was central to i-4, 528, and I-drive. Easily 15 to 20 minutes to MCO, under an hour to anything Oceanside, and 2 hours to anything gulfside. The condo is perfect for a girlfriend's or Guys vacation out. Morning coffees on the balcony looking out on the water was a great way to start the day, and to relax after a long day. The location is right behind some great stores coffee shops and pizza places! I highly recommend the NYPD Pizza place! Great people and even better Pizza!! Daniel was quick to answer any questions I had and always kept us informed of what to expect and how to prepare on leaving. It will definitely be a place I will visit again and highly recommend staying here! Thank you again Daniel for making your place we can call a home away from home!

First time at Universal Studios Florida!

Overall a great stay, 14~ minutes to the park. Accommodated my family of five w/ 4 pets and they helped avoid further tears with my youngest child. First some things to note. When you arrive you are asked to do a walkthrough of the home, which is understandable. We did find some items that we passed along to Mr. Shifteh, but for us, these are not considered deal breakers. Found some normal wear and tear like scuffs on the walls and scratched table side furnishings, there was a smoke detector that was missing from the master bedroom, but the other two rooms had them installed. The trash can had some dents to the metal top, and two cooking utensils looked like they may have been damage by heat. So again, not deal breakers for us. Entry way: Closet with laundry and dryer. Nice to have when your kids go on back to back water rides at the park in the middle of a cold day and their clothes are soaking wet. Kitchen: Overall a good size to whip up a quick meal or make some sandwiches. It was supplied w/pots, pans, cups, plates, cutting boards and pretty much what we needed for our stay. They even had extra trash bags where most places only give you a max of 2. Living room/Dining area: The dining table fits 4 people which didn’t bother us because either myself or my husband were cleaning up in the kitchen and we only used it twice. The living room had a tv and sofa that fit two-three people. There is also a large window that leads to a patio that overlooks a lake. At night you could view fireworks in the distance. Bedroom 1: Two queen sized beds, a chair by a bed with a dresser in the closet that include a few hangers. There is also a door that leads to a jack n’ jill bathroom and bedroom 2. Bedroom 2: One queen size bed, dresser with tv on top and was very spacious. Bedroom 3(master bedroom): Two queen size beds, dresser with tv on top and a closet with an ironing board and I think a pack n play. As we “lived” in the place the beds weren’t the most comfortable for my husband and myself but the kids didn’t have any complaints. Also the door lock is a keyed pad, but you can’t press a button to manual lock it as you leave. You have to wait about one minute before it locks on it’s own. I just waited until it locked before we headed to the parks. Overall a great place, but the part I really appreciated is that they when we noticed my sons stuffed animal missing, we let them know, they found it, and are sending him in the mail! Recommend!!
