The Space:

Soft morning light fills the open living area as you settle in, the gentle hum of the nearby water park promising a day of splash‑filled fun. You can drift from a leisurely dip in your private pool to the resort’s lazy river, feeling the warm Florida breeze on the patio. Evenings unwind on the backyard patio, where the glow of the grill and the quiet hum of the community’s tiki bar set a relaxed tone for gathering with friends or family.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms span two levels, offering space for up to eleven guests. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with 1 Queen bed and another with 2 Twin beds plus 1 Full bed arranged in a bunk‑bed style layout. Upstairs features a room with 1 King bed, a bunk‑bed style room with 4 Twin beds, and an additional bedroom with 1 Queen bed. Four bathrooms are distributed throughout the home, providing easy access for everyone.



Indoor living

The large living area invites you to gather around the TV or a board game after a day at the parks. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space lets you prepare meals together, while the indoor dining table accommodates shared meals and quiet moments. A washer and dryer, along with linens and essentials, are provided for convenience.

Step onto the patio to enjoy the private pool, which can be heated on request for extra comfort. Outdoor furniture creates a relaxed spot for conversation, and a BBQ grill offers the option for simple al‑fresco meals whenever the mood strikes.

Families will appreciate the pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, and children’s dinnerware. The home is pet‑friendly, and long‑term stays are welcome.

Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
