Lima Villa - Private Pool and Spa 24/7 Support During Your Stay

At Lima Villa, you will have a unique experience to share with your guests during your time in Florida. You will always have something to do directly from the comfort of your vacation home.

Downstairs, you will have access to a master bedroom with its own private bathroom and a queen bedroom to utilize on this main level. The upstairs loft features an in-home theater to immerse you in any show or movie. An air hockey table is also included for entertainment. Around the loft are an additional six bedrooms fit for each unique member of your group. You will see the bedroom 3 right next to stairs, it has one King bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting Star Wars themed bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 with Frozen themed. Bedroom 6 has one Queen size bed. Bedroom 7 has Rocket themed. Bedroom 8, is a ensuite bedroom with King size bed.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.
