Absolutely fantastic house!! Extremely clean, organized, had all the basics needed. the pool and hot tub were perfect along with the game room. The Disney touches are so nice and it’s in a great great location close to everything you could possibly want. The neighborhood is also very quiet and nice. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Home & Location

The house was wonderful! Super easy check-in; we just showed up at the house with our lock code. Communication with Meta & Michael before our arrival and during our stay was great. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the entire family fought over the massage chair. The game room had games everyone could enjoy. The pool and hot tub were the perfect end to the day. It's also a short drive to Disney. Several of us enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location, wonderful theming, great owner communication!

I have stayed in several rental homes and can't wait to return to this one. The location was so close to the parks. The Disney theming throughout the home was fun! You forgot your toothbrush? They have you covered. Everything you need is supplied. The kitchen is fully stocked, even down to themed waffle makers. The game room has a multi-game arcade machine and pool table as well as board games. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property! The location as perfect for our visit to Hollywood Studios and the private pool/hot tub was fantastic for our family of 4. Our boys loved their Star Wars room and the Avengers game room was a huge hit as well!

Family Disney Trip

This was the perfect property for our family (grandparents, parents, 9 yo daughter and 6 yo son) visit to Disney. It was super convenient to the parks and to a Walmart for a grocery pick up on the way to the house. All was as described from the listing and there were more than enough amenities provided - paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee pods and more!!! The host provides a downloadable site that provides all your house details that was super helpful! And the one question we had was answered immediately by Meta, she was super attentive and helpful. Will most definitely be saving this listing for future stays when visiting Disney!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The closeness to the Disney parks was great and my daughter loved the pool area and game room. Communication with the property owners was great but the communication with the management is lacking. The owners were quick to responding to us but after notifying the owners of things in the home we were unsatified with the communication from property management about resolving the issue was lacking. We came back to the house to discover someone from management had been in the house while we were gone without giving us prior notice, which left us feeling a bit uneasy. The house was as described and Meta and Michael were quick to respond while we were there.

This house is in a great location for Disney. It's very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby. The house was very clean. We also appreciated the care package given to us by Meta and Michael during hurricane Idalia.

All the Magic!!

It was quite welcoming to see such a personalized greeting as soon as I entered the home. The technology was unmatched and allowed us to easily navigate the amenities, understand property rules, see recommendations for dining and so much more. The idea that someone took time to ensure I felt at home is priceless. The beds were comfy, pool was warm, home decor adds to the magic, neighborhood is beautiful and so close to all the places I love(i.e. shopping) & my children love, theme parks! 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

Comforts of home

This house is perfect for any type of visit. It was warm and charming and filled with character, literally from Disney to M&M. I would highly recommend this house to anybody looking to stay in the Kissimmee area near Disney or universal studios or any other theme park close by. The house is very well maintained and kept up by the property management and the cleanliness was spot on. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

A Very Nice Vacation Home

Outstanding Place

Three day getaway with friends. One day, Disney, and two days of golfing. House was amazing. Very clean and updated. The house had a great game room, massage chair in the living room, a screened in pool and hot tub. All the kitchen utensils were plentiful and useful. Had a really neat check in check out computerized mirror upon arrival which gave us all the information we needed. The hosts were easy to contact if we had a couple questions. I would highly recommend this place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with trees lining the backyard, so nobody is behind you. Would easily stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for making this a wonderful VRBO experience.
