It's not a place to go as a couple and much less as a family, the building smells very bad, like storage and dust, it has cockroaches that's not counting what you can't see visibly, I arrived during the day and since I arrived I felt uncomfortable, when I went to the room there was that I saw the cockroaches and that it was daytime I didn't want to imagine when night fell that's when the strange animals really come out, the bathroom had no light, the air was off and smelled very bad

There was nothing good about this property. It looks like it has been abandoned grass not cut, weeds everywhere dead trees. Room did not have towels, water pressure was more like a drip in the shower, no working phone in the room, tv remote did not have a back or batteries, AC did not cool and it smelled old and dirty. Decoration in the room was none existent not even a little tiny picture on the wall, just 4 white walls, the bed has been the worse bed i have ever tried to sleep on it felt like the mattress was a box spring. Extremely disappointed with this hotel and the lack of upkeep.

The location is absolutely fantastic—super convenient to the theme parks, restaurants, and stores. That alone was the biggest highlight of our stay. We went in with low expectations based on the price, and while the hotel served its purpose, it definitely needs some serious attention. The bathtub looked recently refitted and was the only thing in the room (or hotel, honestly) that wasn’t rusted or dirty. Everything else—from the worn linens to the broken or missing fixtures—made the room feel run down and unkempt. When we arrived, the TV cable was cut and the remote had no batteries. The AC unit was missing the front cover (we managed to pop it back on, but it rattled loudly all night). The door handle in the bathroom was barely hanging on, and maintenance throughout the building felt neglected. They did send someone to fix the TV cable, but he showed up in jeans and a t-shirt with no ID or uniform. While he was polite and helpful, it felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional—not something you'd expect in a place prioritizing guest safety. The bed linens had some stains and tears, but at least they were clean. The rest of the room and hotel common areas were dirty, damaged, and poorly maintained, as seen in the attached photos. All in all, I wouldn’t complain for the price we paid, but I do wish the property had better upkeep and some management presence. If someone invested in cleaning and caring for the place, it could really be a hidden gem.

Moldy everywhere and AC doesn’t work, beds aren’t comfortable, dehumidifier causes a smoky smell if you use it, beds aren’t clean and have hair, building is outdated and not well taken care of, front desk will not answer phone if you call because they muted it, and they will not let you speak to a manager if you need these issues addressed. Checked out within 1 hour of check in, and you’ll likely experience the same so it’s not worth it don’t go here. Go somewhere with better reviews even if it costs a little more, this place is uninhabitable

I love room 414. But there was a case of mosquitoes. I woke up with my arms bit up and my legs and my lower back hurting severely because the bed was extremely hard. I love the fact the room has a Jacuzzi but it was really dirty and dead mosquitoes in it. The kitchen is very convenient I love it for the next time I stay . The TV in the kitchen was very convenient working more better than the one in the bedroom. We need to update that room really bad but that will be my favorite one to stay if it's updated the air conditioning needs to be fixed I literally had to sleep sideways so I can get air

When you walk in the lobby it had a smell. It’s like a run down hotel. The pictures are not what it looks like. The ladies were nice. When you get two rooms, you would except them together not spaced apart. When we checked in I asked for them to be together. You get what you pay for.

The room was very cool as far as the a/c. The lamps in the room nor the telephone was plug in, nor was working. The light in the bathroom was not functional. The room smell was very very bad, the front door mechanism wasn’t working properly. I felt very unsafe while staying there. I don’t recommend that hotel for anyone to stay.

The hotel is terrible. The 1st room no towels, stains on linen the bed was on the floor. Hallways completely smell of mode. I asked to change rooms, now that room smelled of mold and you can see where it was painted over the floors were filthy also the ice machines were full of mode. checked in at 4pm was gone by 6pm. Also you have to request a mini fridge and microwave. But hopefully Expedia can get a refund for me. Do not book here.

Place is real dirty . Walking up the stairs see dirty towels on the floor. Big trash bags through the where the rooms at. I look at the room door it had a big gap under the door that someone can put the hands under it. I open the door it had water damage all around the room . The light lamps look like they found it on the road each one was different and dirty. The wash towels is like the same as you will washed the car with. I walk right out the room and went to try in get my money back and I went to a different hotel
