Hyödynnä tarjoamamme syksyn erikoistarjous uima-altaan lämmityksestä syyskuusta marraskuuhun. Ammattimaisesti kalustettu ja sisustettu korkeimpien standardien mukaan kotimme tekee vierailustasi ikimuistoisen ja mukavan oman kodin. Laajennettu kansi ilman takana naapureita on todellinen paratiisi lomallesi! Kauniisti ja kalustettu makuuhuonetta lisäylellisyydestä euron tyynyt ja patjat, jotka auttavat varmistamaan hyvät yöunet jälkeen päivä puistoissa ja ostokset. Uusittu Konseptin keittiö, jossa uudet kaapit, työtasot ja uuden ruostumattoman teräksen laitteet pitäisi haluat kokki sijaan syödä. Meidän oleskelu-ja ruokailutila ovat keskeisiä Konseptin lay out jossa holvikatto onnitella ylellinen tunne meidän loma-asunnon. Meillä on vapaa pitkän matkan ja WiFi kaikille vieraille oleskelunsa aikana.

Olemme asentaneet uuden television vaikka ulos kotiin ja olemme tarjonneet televisio jokaisessa huoneessa.
Meidän villa on yksityinen etelään allas ilman taka naapureita. Kotimme selän päälle väliseinä ja sen lisäksi suuret palmut parantaa trooppisen ilmapiirin laajennettu kuusi jalka kannella ulkopuolella allasalue, jossa on suuri terassi pöytä voit nauttia ruokailla ulkosalla loman aikana. Kotimme on oma munuaisen muotoinen uima-allas ja poreallas voit rentoutua ja durng lomasta. Koko alue seulotaan varmistaa oman mukavuuden ja suojaa hyönteisiltä .. Meillä on lapsiturvallinen aitaa allasalue.

Another Amazing Stay

We love staying at this property, we have stayed here I believe now 4 times. It’s perfect for the size of our family and it’s always clean and in a perfect location. The host is absolutely amazing and resolves any problems if you have any. This will always be our first choice to stay and have even changed the dates of our vacation to book this house!

Responsive Host, Accurate Listing

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing was accurate, the house was clean, and the one time I had to message Cathy (my mistake, not hers) she was very responsive. The pool area was large and we did pay to have it heated so we could enjoy the hot tub. I’d definitely stay here again. Minor tweaks would be nice, but they are similar to other VRBO’s so definitely not big deals. 1. If they provided laundry detergent, we could have washed towels while there. 2. We had to purchase more trash bags. 3. Only 1 mini bottle of shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, so just be aware to bring your own.

Family Florida Vacation 2025

My family of 8 stayed at John and Cathy's home over April vacation 2025, and I can honestly say we had the most enjoyable experience. I had never rented through VRBO before, and was very nervous about what it would be like. I shouldn't have worried at all! The house and pool were clean, there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, storage containers (I actually cooked Easter Dinner on Sunday). We were able to visit Disney three of the days during our stay, and the kids opted to hang out at the pool during the other three days. Having the dishwasher, washer and dryer on site made packing so easy! I would highly recommend their home to anyone looking to vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

Great vacation home!

We had a great time staying at this property. The owners were wonderful and prompt in responding to a few issues that were outside of the home. Only down side was not having a game room, but that was our fault for not realizing when reviewing the photos of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and were thankful for a great home to stay in.

Beautiful place with great location.

You will have all you need to enjoy a great vacation at this beautiful property. It is the perfect location to all the theme parks. We enjoyed this place so much, we only wish our week would have allowed us more time to just relax around the pool and the clubhouse. We packed a lot into our stay and this was a great place to collapse after a long day! Would highly recommend!

Perfect For Families

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and will stay here again in the future. This home had everything we needed! Cathy called us upon check in to make sure everything was ok. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more than enough space. The private pool was a hit for the kids. Very quiet and secure neighborhood! We felt very safe and have no complaints.

Return Stay

This was our 3rd year staying at the Croce's property. We feel like this is our home away from home when we come to Florida. Cathy and John are so responsive if we need anything or have any questions. They check in before our trips, during our stays, and even after we get home. The house is always perfect when we arrive and our family enjoys to just relax poolside most of the time. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyable. The clubhouse has activities to enjoy and great food and drinks! The proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment is great as well. If i could give this listing 10 starts, I would!

Amazing trip and amazing home

From the moment I booked Cathy was in touch and quick to answer any questions up until the day we arrived. Which she even checked day of arrival to make sure everything went ok. The home was beautiful with plenty of bed and rooms. The pool is very Secured for the little ones and the community is perfect for the teens to go out and about with plenty of things to do. It is in the perfect location to any of the parks while you are down there and great location for any type of shopping. I will definitely be booking with Cathy again for my next trip down (my family didn’t want to leave).

Great Location, Clean, Spacious Home

My husband, two kids and parents (who need separate rooms) stayed in this home for 5 nights while we were in town for a National Cheer Competition. The neighborhood was well kept and safe. The home is very large and accommodated us well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool and hot tub were a plus. We've always stayed on a Disney property and we're so glad we branched out. We had so much more space, saved money, private pool and the location was no more than 15-20 minute drive everywhere we needed to go. Cathy, teh host was wonderful to work with. Thanks Cathy!

Perfect winter getaway

We had such a wonderful vacation at Cathy’s home. We travelled to Florida for a winter getaway and felt so comfortable in this home. Cathy was so fast with her communication and ensured everything was smooth and great. This place had everything we needed and was comfortable and suitable for our family and young kids. The house is larger than you think so lots of space for everyone. We’ve already been talking about when we can go back. Thanks Cathy for a wonderful vacation!

Great location and very clean

We had a great stay at this property. It was close to restaurants, stores and parks. The reservation/ check-in process was smooth. The owners were lovely - reached out by phone and email before and during our stay. The house was one of the cleanest rental houses that I’ve stayed at in the area. My only criticisms are that there was no games room for the kids - but we were so busy with other activities and the pool was beautiful. The only other criticism is the distribution of bathrooms. There were 4 in total but only 1 on the second floor and one of the bedrooms on the main floor had to use this one for showers. We had 6 people fighting for one shower/ bathroom everyday :). But that is just how the house was built - not the fault of the fabulous owners. I would still recommend this home to families looking for a clean rental in a great location. Also, the clubhouse in the gated community was fabulous! The kids loved the sports facilities and the pool.
