Newly built, modern home in the desirable Reunion Resort with the resort membership and pool heat included. Please note, many properties in Reunion do not have membership perks and charge an additional $40 per day for pool heat. If you are interested in using the amenities on property, make sure to book a house with the club membership, like this house. If you are interested in playing golf, this is a fantastic community to stay. There are 3 championship courses on property. 2 rooms have dedicated work spaces and we have fast WiFi internet on property to stay connected. This house has access to the following resort amenities:

Pool and spa heat are included. In the backyard, there is a tv and wet bar to enhance your enjoyment of the pool and spa. There is no carpeting in the house, downstairs there is porcelain tile and upstairs you will find LVP flooring. We subscribe to the premier YouTube tv premium package, so most tv channels are provided. The downstairs living room has an 86" smart tv (LG) surrounded by 2 couches and 2 recliners. There is also an electric fireplace to help with the morning chill in the winter, but this is still Florida, so it is usually only necessary in the morning. The fireplace also provides pretty ambient light. The upstairs game room has a 65" Roku smart tv with PlayStation 5, a chalkboard, wall connect 4 and wall scrabble. The air conditioned, garage game room has a 70" smart tv with an Xbox one. There is also an xfinity game table, basketball arcade game, foosball, wall ringtoss and wall magnetic darts. All bedrooms have a 55" smart tv with Roku. All mattresses are memory foam and are either Casper or Nectar Mattresses.
Even though this house is in the center of a crowded, densely populated area, I am always surprised how well I sleep here because it is away from major roads and in a quiet neighborhood. A great feature that you will have, is access to the community play park through our backyard gate. We also have a larger lot than most in Reunion and the side yards can be utilized for playing the outdoor games we provide, like corn hole, bocce, croquet, etc. There are 3 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 1 downstairs grandparent suite with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with double shower heads. The last 2 bedrooms are for the kids with one bedroom with 2 xl twins and another with a trundle twin bed. The bottom can be rolled into another room if desired. There is a free crib, free high chair, and free stroller to use, so please don’t rent one. We also have a grill and I frequently fill the propane tanks. If you grill a lot you may have to fill it yourself. I would recommend within Costco or love’s to refill if needed. If you need the locations let me know.
Reunion Resort only allows guests to use the membership if we use property managers. We use Florida Vacation Rentals and they will be the ones to give you your check in code. I am always available to answer any questions and am quick to respond. We provide single serve olive oil packets, single serve salt & peppers, coffee pods, reusable coffee filters, tea bags, sugar packets, tide pods, dishwashing pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. Most management company run homes do not provide this.
