The room was super!! Very clean!! The areas around the hotel was very dirty. For example, in the elevator was a lot of cereal in the floor. There are many cigarette butts in the hallways.

Lobby is bright and clean. Good drink and snack options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location for Universal parks and felt relatively safe walking in the area. Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a decent offering but could use more room to move around when busy. Very good stay overall and would stay again.

Family vacation

Family trip to Disney, room was clean and room service was on demand only. You could ask for fresh towels, toilette paper soap etc at front desk . 22 minute drive to Disney parks . Breakfast was decent wiggles, scrambled eggs, sausage fruits, cereal , nothing fancy but enough to get by as a breakfast.

Its a good hotel to just spend the night when you go to parks and thats it. Nothing out of the ordinary. You can tell the property is a bit old but nothing to worry about tbh. Amenities like small soaps and shampoo are provided, also, hair dryer and towels ofcourse. Breakfast included is a plus. You can book a free shuttle to any of the parks. The downside of the shuttle is that its not very punctual when they pick you up at the parks and you have to do the route picking up / dropping off other people at other hotels (it turns annoying since you are really tired after a long day ; this only for Disney parks, Universal is pretty close by). The front desk service was very good and the room we got was clean and quiet. Free parking is good. We didnt give a 5 star on cleanliness just because the cleaning service for your room is upon request only at the front desk. You can find lots of restaurants and entertainment around the area. Location is very convenient. Universal Parks are very close. Disney Parks and Sea World are a bit far but nothing exagerated. Very good overall.
