I was first checked into the wrong room type I didnt book. Then I was taken to a second room that was also the wrong room type. The guy then took me to a third room that was the correct type but then kicked us out that room saying it was booked by someone else. After that he took us to a fourth room that was filthy and moldy smelling. I complained and was then told the hotel was sold out. To add insult to injury I was experiencing a gout attack so all the walking was making my foot swell up worse and I was in great pain. I would never stay there. The hotel clerk could barely even understand english. I ended up having to stay at another hotel. It was the worse experience ever I had drove 9 hours to go through all that.

Location was amazing for visiting universal studios! Hotel was good for what we paid but is dated. Our first room on main floor had a strong musty smell. We were switched to a room on the third floor which smelled better but could use a vacuum as there was hair on ground and was missing a shower curtain. We stuck with this room as we were only there for one night. Free breakfast was great!

The pictures are false advertising. I’d rather continue staying at Galleria Palms or Destiny Inn Palms if that means I’ll at least get honest pictures and my money’s worth!

This hotel was just ok, the beds were comfortable and I like the pillows but the rooms felt very stale. They seemed to be renovated but they need some color or some art on the walls. Also I hate when places have a walkin shower but no doors, the shower curtain sucks and never keeps the water in. The breakfast was not good and very lacking in variety and the staff looked miserable being there with the people. It is in a small building so it made it hard to get stuff and it was very crowded. I would say this hotel is good for a 1 to 2 night stay but nothing more, and I had to pay a 16 dollar resort fee which I have no idea what that went to because the pool area was lacking and the water was freezing so it is not heated. There really wasn't any other amenities that I see the resort fee going to, should of just said it's for parking.

This was my second stay the rooms were updated and clean the pool was accessible the grounds were safe and clean. The included breakfast was decent. The lobby was festive and decorated for the holidays and every desk manager that I encountered was top tier polite respectful and friendly helpful! Location is prime right off of a main thoroughfare if other interests should arise. Will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando.

I was expecting what I saw on pictures posted in the website and of course the property didn’t look like pictures at all, the property it’s an old building, the room smelled like mildew, breakfast not good at all, coffee very bad, no fruits or yogurt available just not good quality breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this place, I will not come back.
