All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival, which means the actual villa you will be assigned is determined upon check-in. The photos shown represent a selection of accommodations at the resort. If you have a preferred floor, building, or villa location, the front desk will gladly try to accommodate your request based on availability; however, specific requests cannot be guaranteed. Reservations longer than four nights may require a villa change for housekeeping purposes to maintain Disney's high accommodation standards.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). Please present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the same name at check-in. A $100 authorization hold from a major credit card is required upon arrival. After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation showing the registered guest checking in within 14 days of your arrival date. If you need to change the name of the guest checking in after this information has been submitted, a $99 name change fee and an additional $129 fee on the day of check-in will apply. Any damages incurred during your stay are the responsibility of the registered guest out.
