THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A POOL, although there are communal pools in the resort that you can visit.

Located inside beautiful gated community of Reunion Resort, an amazing location. Perfect for Disney park goers! Close enough to the excitement of Disney (only 6 miles!) and other parks, and far enough to enjoy a relaxing luxury property.

Reunion Resort is an exclusive 2,300 acre private oasis with the charm and tranquility of a small town and the lifestyle experience of a luxury resort. Reunion is famous for its championship golf courses and is found close to Orlando's magical theme parks including Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World.

This property includes:

Plenty of room for a family of 8! The kitchen counter has seating for two and a dining area that seats six. Rest easy in the home’s four welcoming bedrooms, starting with the main king primary (upstairs) that features a private bathroom with two vanities, a garden tub and walk in shower. There’s also a second king primary on the first floor that has a private bath with two vanities and a walk in shower. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

You will not have access to the Reunion water park or golfing. However, there is an amazing water park at Margaritaville (just minutes away), and golfing at Champions Gate (right down the block).

Very comfortable Villa

The villa was everything it was advertised to be. All items were in good repair, the villa was very clean when we arrived and we felt at home from the get go. We had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed by the property management team. One big plus was the bed was very comfortable, not a second rate product. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessities but that was all. The shortcomings were no land line telephone which would not be a problem for most but it was an inconvenience for us. There is also very limited area to sit outside and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Reunion community is very peaceful, a nice place for a leisurely stroll and the gated community provides a feeling of security. All in all a very pleasant experience for us.

Great neighborhood, family friendly home.

We had a good long-term stay at this property. Very safe, family friendly neighborhood. We had a few issues, like slow internet/Smart TV and the balcony upstairs is not very safe for kids, as the wooden rails are very flimsy. We also had a problem with the AC on a Sunday and no one could come out until Monday morning. Other than that though, we were very satisfied with our stay and grateful this home was available. In the grand scheme of things, our issues were minor and we would highly recommend this home for families looking to stay in the Kissimmee/Reunion area.
