Your villa is located on the gated 5 Star Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee.
5 Beds, 3 Bath home that is beautifully furnished throughout (Big TV/Games Room/Heated Pool/Free Internet).
Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and being all one level is ideal for one or two families.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which can conveniently and spaciously provide for up to 10 family members' daily activities, relaxation, and enjoyment.
The main sitting room has a luxurious large full sofa and you can watching the huge 55-inch LED TV . From the sitting room you can see and have access to the outdoor private pool, which can be heated if required.
The master bedroom has a large bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The third bedroom has King size bed.. There are two further twin bedrooms, one of which has a Princess theme which children always adore.
The kitchen is newly renovated with a marble top surface and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, kitchen wares, utensils and dinner sets that you will need.
Washer and drier available in the villa for your use.
The fully screened pool area has a spacious deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

The property we stayed at in FL was EXCELLENT for our needs! The pool area was TRULY fantastic for our grands with a large entertainment screen! The house was very equipped with proper safety locks (internal) for our grandson with special needs. We had great concerns about him “escaping” from the house &/or safety with the pool access, but all the safety locks on the front door & at the pool area provided FANTASTIC coverage to assure our concerns for him! The house was set up very nicely to provide space & privacy! This is also a good location from Disney activities! Thank you for providing this villa! We truly enjoyed the stay!
