The parking was good as we always got a spot, and our room would be cleaned when we got back from out adventures of the day which was nice. Air conditioning kept the room nice and cool for us, which felt great after our days in the sun.

Clean, large room with two beds with a lovely view over the swimming pool. There was a large TV and we could login to our Netflix account. Free WiFi. Good air conditioning. The beds were really comfy. The toiletries provided were lovely. Room cleaned regularly. Breakfast was basic but nice with Tea and coffee available 24/7. Nice and friendly staff. They have a free shuttle bus to Universal but we didn’t use it as it was only $8 each way in an Uber. Loads of places to eat in walking distance. Only £58 a night! Only downsides were a slow lift and it’s really loud in the pool. This is a combination of the air conditioning unit nearby and the road. The pool is still nice for an early morning swim though.

I called at 8 PM on the night of our reservation to let them know that we were driving from out of state but would be at the hotel by 2:30 to 3 o’clock in the morning and that we had young children and needed to be assured that our room would be ready. We got a phone call around 245 saying they had given our room away and due to over booking, we did not have anywhere to stay and they did not even attempt to get us another room at a different Hilton. We were left at 3 AM in Orlando with a pregnant wife and two small children with no place to stay. Thankfully, Disney allowed us to check into our hotel 10 hours early free of charge. The woman at Sparks by Hilton was not compassionate and her apology was minimal.

We recently stayed here for a quick family trip to universal. The hotel was recently renovated so the beds were nice and comfy and it was clean. Very basic breakfast options but that was fine for us! Enjoyed the closeness to the parks. Recommend if you’re looking for something quick and don’t expect the Ritz.
