For your convenience, we have the following items available for rent (please ask us for prices): BBQ Grill / XL BBQ (4 Burners) / Pac N Play Crib / Full-Size Crib / High Chair / Rollaway Bed / Single Stroller / Double Stroller / Single Jogger Stroller / Child Gate / Car seat / Baby Bed Rail / Tub of Toys / Transport wheelchairs (They have a safety belt, a 19" wide seat, and can transport up to 300 pounds).

Pool Heat (We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April). NOTE: If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures.

This beautiful home at Encore comes with 9 Bedrooms + a bonus room and 8.5 baths, with 4,630 square feet of floor space and 10 beds to accommodate up to 18 guests. Enjoy incredible amenities like a private pool, and convenience to Disney World (18 minutes).

First Floor: Garage – Game Room / The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and gourmet cookware for homemade meals your group will love. The living space is open concept and connects the kitchen with the living room and dining room for unobstructed social living. A 10-seat dining table and 4-seat breakfast bar also contribute to the communal atmosphere, and give you the option for both formal and casual dining. Furthermore, has a full washer and dryer to make doing the laundry easy and free! Keep up with the laundry and make a clean getaway.

External Area: In the back of the home you'll find a large pool & spa. A patio furniture facilitates including a half bathroom. Optional pool heating also lets you enjoy swimming during Florida's mild fall and winter months. A barbeque grill (also optional) even lets you enjoy the weather while you cook! The grill and pool heating can both be ordered at time of booking. Pool heating is recommended for the months of November through April in Orlando, and requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

Second Floor: On the second floor, with 6 master suites that let you enjoy all the comfort and privacy of the home. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the second story features a living room with TV a mini fridge and this home comes equipped with free Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV. The location was perfect—close to several excellent courses, making it really convenient to get around without wasting time driving.The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had plenty of space for everyone to relax after a long day on the course, and the layout worked really well for our group. Everything we needed was there, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.Overall, this was a great spot for a golf trip (or any getaway), and we would definitely stay here again. Best home we rented in seven years. Clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms. Great choice for eight adult males on golf weekend. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all. All agreed we will attempt to rent again.

Quiet and Productive

A group of my colleagues and I stayed at this home for a convention in the area. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own rooms but there was plenty of common area to mingle. It was located near everything we needed to attend which was nice. We had some internet connectivity issues while there but the owner was very quick to respond via the VRBO app and we were up and running in no time. I would definitely choose to stay at this home again if in the area.

Wonderful Meeting Experience

Great size home

The communication and check in was excellent and clear. Unfortunately, we needed to ask the cleaners to come in and re clean as some parts (the carpeted areas) were not cleaned properly but they came in quickly and re cleaned. The carpets were stained and really need replacing (some of the staining was due to the carpets being spot cleaned/bleached) and there some repairs and maintenance that needed to be made which we notified the management company. The management company was responsive The property was ideal for our party and was in a great location. Overall a good stay but it was a shame that we had to spend quite a bit of our time notifying of maintenance issues that arose.

Wedding weekend

We booked this property for our family to stay when our son got married. The host responded quickly whenever we had a question. The location is great. The neighborhood feels safe and it's quiet. The property is a little worn around the edges but that's to be expected from a rental. It is true to the pictures. We were originally going to be a party of 14 adults but ended up being a party of 6 due to Hurricane Milton. There would have been plenty of room if everyone had shown up.

Bachelorette Weekend Getaway Perfection

This home was absolutely amazing for our Epcot bachelorette bash. Clean with large well appointed rooms. Fun game room, beautiful pool that we opted to add heat to for our stay. Quiet corner lot where we were not bothered by neighbors. Loads of space for our group of 16 with room to spare. Just an awesome experience, I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Great stay

We arrived about 10 minutes before the 4pm check in time and were denied access which was something we’ve never experienced. We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. Overall, the property is immaculate and had everything that you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t definitely stay here in the future.
