This is a happy and peaceful house!
5 bedrooms, 3 baths, spacious and comfortable with high ceilings. Hang out in the lanai, or lounge by the screened-in pool and spa. Big fenced yard, lake view, free wifi, wood floors throughout, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, garage. Very clean and well appointed, lovingly maintained with comfortable beds. Enjoy two main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus three additional bedrooms and another bathroom. All the amenities: smart tvs, books, games, foosball table, bikes, fishing poles, central air, washer/drier, iron and board, guidebook, etc. You’ll be in a safe neighborhood, with a private yard and pool/spa. 18 minutes from the parks, less than 5 mins from Starbucks, restaurants, markets, Walmart superstore etc

We are responsible and responsive and want you to have a fabulous stay in Central Florida, in the perfect home away from home! Reach out with any questions and more detailed information-responses are fast. Notes: House is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, pool and yard have weekly maintenance. Linens and towels are replaced periodically with new ones so they may be different from pictures on the listing.
