Sleeping Arrangements

The house sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms each feature a king bed, a walk‑in closet, and a private bathroom for adult comfort and privacy. The third bedroom, designed for children, includes a bunk bed with a full‑size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk‑in closet, and its own bathroom. Toys, costumes, a ball pit, and an indoor play area turn this room into a whimsical retreat for kids.



Living & Entertainment

An open living and dining layout encourages gathering. A comfortable sofa faces a flat‑screen TV, perfect for movie nights after a day at the parks. Free Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace let you catch up on emails or plan the next day’s itinerary. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock and a private entrance add ease and a sense of seclusion.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a coffee maker, and ample counter space for home‑cooked meals. An adjoining dining area keeps conversation flowing while you share breakfast or a family dinner. Everything you need for casual dining is at hand.



Family‑Friendly Features

Beyond the themed bedroom, children can explore an indoor play area stocked with toys, a tent, books, and an arcade game. The space is designed so younger guests have room to play while adults relax nearby.

Situated in Kissimmee, the home offers easy access to Orlando’s theme parks while providing a calm, family‑focused base. The setting stays comfortable year‑round, letting you focus on time together rather than the weather outside.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
