Decent sized very clean room with 2 comfortable queen size beds, check in took over an hour at 5 pm on NYE with all booths open, line was 3x as long the next night at 10 pm, limited food choices on site, and bus lines were long due to this hotel being surrounded by other non-universal hotels and them not checking room keys to board buses.

Staff is so unhappy. The noise is ridiculous. The elevators are so far away. The parking is far away. The place smells bad. No perks for staying on property except the shuttle to the parks.

Clean room and staff. Always great when cleaning. Thin walls was the only downfall. We heard everything from the rooms around us. Loud teens above us where we can hear the all night yelling and stomping, banging on everything. Obviously not the hotels fault but could have thicker walls.

Everything was ready when we arrived. Easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. It was all that we needed for a fun trip to Universal Studios. The shuttle bus was excellent. Never waited more than 5 minutes for a shuttle ride.

Ir started with an absurdly long line; my check-in was at 4:00pm, but we only managed to get in at 9:20pm. When we finally got in, we were put in an extremely noite room. The air conditioning made an absurd mouse every 30 minutes, mas beside there mouse, it didn’t work well. There was a terrible mouse in the corrido es, and in the morning, from 7:00 am onwards, there was a surreal noise above ir room that made impossível to rest. And to top it all off, the room cleaning was terrible. We have NEVER Statesmen in suco a bad placê.
