Great service, allowed early check in. Convenient benefits like having a cafeteria to eat, Starbucks in lobby, early admission to parks and shuttles to and from the park. ONLY thing that bothered me about the resort is being able to hear everything through the walls.

Clean room. When the people above us were extremely loud and we complained. They offered a free dinner for us. And had security monitor them for noise. The buses to universal studios were always there waiting for us to jump on. Never had to wait for them. My only complaint was the $44 fee to store our luggage until we could leave for our flight home. First time I have been charged

Resort was great and the room was very spacious. Super close to universal studios I preferred dock side over surfside even though they are the same dockside had better amenities and the lobby was nicer
