This is my second time staying here. I've always had a great experience. The only experience that I would have to voice my opinion about would just be when the locks were changed. Although we were advised a text will be sent but we all know things happens. after being at the park all day and all morning coming to the entire hotel lobby being packed full of people was concerning. Of course you don't realize the reasoning until you go to your room and see that you do not have access. Standing in line for over an an hour and a half just to get a new key was very inconvenient when you have a child with you who needs to be in the room to get his medicine. Other than the room key experience and minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay. we appreciate everyone taking care of us. I know it was not easy for the front desk to have to deal with everyone with the new room keys.

It was so hot in our room. Sweating every night. Food was ridiculously expensive. I forget a hairbrush and the first shop wanted 9 dollars for a dollar tree brush. 5 dollars for a can of coke. Room wasn't cleaned for the week only dropped off towels a couple of times. Also they decided to change the locks all in 1 day and i had to stand in line 2 hours to get to the desk to get my keys replaced. That was dumb. I won't ever stay there again. Hallways smell like bleach and cleaner. Not a good smell. Carpets are nasty

My family of 5 stayed at Dockside for our trip to Universal Studios. I love that the sweet could fit my whole family. It is very busy inside the building but we were checked in rather fast. My kids loved the food court and having different options for meals. The busses to the park arrived around every 10-15 mins and it was so easy to get to and from the park. Would definitely stay again for a short vacation. It does get kind of loud in the building but my kids were able to sleep and that’s all that matters to us. Great customer service.

It was seemless getting into my room, being able to send my merchandise I purchased in the park to the hotel for me was the most useful thing and the staff was amazing. I went on this trip for my birthday and brought my kids. They loved it, I loved it and I would absolutely return.

Nice place to stay while visiting Orlando. You get early access and free buses to the Universal properties. The rooms are clean and comfy, showers are big and have a clothesline to string across if desired to hang your swimsuits on. I would recommend you bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you have colored hair. I used their brand once and had a mess. The restaurant is pretty high priced for grab your own food and find a table type of service. $5 for 20 ounce sodas and $3.50 for small waters. We ended up using our Walmart plus membership to order pop, water, and snacks to be delivered to the hotel (no car rental.) That worked out great. The pool is very clean and had lifeguards on duty until 11 pm when we were there. There was also a bargain souvenir shop about a fifteen minute walk away. We had fun filling a bag of things to bring home
