Clean room, great staff, good food, excellent shuttle service to the parks. One issue: do not stay in room 2236 - it’s above the game room and very disturbing if you want to get rest and relax before 11pm!

I checked out a day early because of the storm that going to hit New York our flight we were scheduled to get on a flight on Monday but it was cancelled on Saturday and we ended up having to rent a car at the hotel through Avis. We got on line to check out on Sunday before the check out time. Since the line was so long an employee came over and too our room numbers and told us she was going to take care of it and we didn’t have to wait on line. Now I’m getting emails that I can’t get a refund for Sunday night. That a disgrace !!!

The room was a bit small but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative i have is that they had no shower gel. Only shampoo/conditioner! Oh and the food hall, amazing and affordable!

The walls were paper thin. You could hear peoples full conversations in the room next door. I could even hear the man burp multiple times, that’s how thin they were. The beds were very hard and bedding was very thin. We went during a cold spell in Florida and it was quite cold. The staff was pretty friendly and to have the bus transportation to the parks along with early entry was very nice.
