We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect — just a short, easy bus ride to Universal Orlando, which made getting to the park super convenient. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I did not like the way how AVIS worked. They did not give me a car that was full of gas, so how could I return the car with the same level of gas. Also, AVIS offered me a car I was satisfied with and later on gave me a lower quality car with the same price.

A brilliant location. Reception is busy at times but staff were so accommodating in giving our party adjoining rooms. If you have a choice of floors, choose floor 6. Very quiet and no issues in accessing the lifts. The market place is great for breakfast, lunch of tea.

Liked pool/pool bar & lots of lounge chairs. The food court was ok for items that were fresh, but I did have a burger in a wrapper that had been sitting around for a while so it could have been better. Also liked our 2 bedroom suite. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was slightly larger to fit a couch or a couple of comfortable sitting chairs. The main reason we picked the hotel was for the 2 bedroom suite and transportation to Universal Parks so it was perfect in meeting these needs.

We have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed being so close to iDrive and the universal parks The hotel is well equipped and has good facilities but there were moments of chaos and disorganisation, usually around check in times and when things were being changed like the road resurfacing (who knew that was gonna happen!) oh and the room key fiasco (which was a planned event apparently but a disaster, oh the queues) However that said it wouldn’t stop us from staying again.
