THE SPACE
Spacious, quiet and calm - just what you need after a long day at the parks or convention - with a cozy seating area and 60" Smart TV and a separate games room the kids will love featuring Arcade games and a vast selection of Board Games. An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area with comfortable seating. A spacious furnished balcony invites you to enjoy coffee or a cool drink while you watch local birdlife around the lake.

BED & BATH
Our home offers 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 adults/ up to 8 if including small children. he master suite has a king bed with luxury pillow-top mattress, 42” TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest rooms have a queen bed and 2 double beds. All have Smart TVs and ceiling fans. The guest rooms share a family bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, you can also find it under the House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only). Lake Cay Commons Plaza is also within walking distance.

We manage several properties in Vista Cay Resort. So, if the property you are interested in is not available for your dates, please send us an inquiry, so that we can send you the other listings that we do have available.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory. We reserve the right to make this change and accept no responsibility for any changes in amenities or furnishings.
