The entire townhouse (excluding the kitchen pantry and upstairs owner's closet) and resort is yours to enjoy
Secure gated community; guests must be pre-registered and provide ID at the 24-hour security gate to receive a parking pass
Maximum of 3 cars per reservation
Guests can obtain free wristbands (up to 8) and access codes from the clubhouse for resort amenities
Self check-in with smart lock; unique code provided prior to arrival

Other Things to Note

Starter supplies are provided upon arrival but not replenished
A Google Nest doorbell camera monitors the exterior front door, driveway, and street for safety
Guest must complete and sign the renter agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking or the reservation may be canceled
